Often he will be your first point of contact and work with you on design concepts as well as mapping out your online marketing & communications strategy. Ciera is very process driven, creative and attentive to detail. she loves working with clients, bringing them into the process as much as possible so they are happy with the results.
David holds a bachelor's degree in Information Technology . He has experience with Internet Marketing solutions, SEO, XHTML, CSS and providing technical support. In his spare time, David stays up-to-date on the latest digital marketing strategies, algorithm updates and is a passionate guitarist and rock climber.
Dubisi is a self-taught web developer that joined Host Media initially as an intern in 2008. He is now a WordPress expert, but also has a passion for Search Engine Optimisation, making him our resident SEO guru.
Profile: Gillian has been working within the web design sector since 1999 in various Customer focused roles including Sales, Account Management and Project Management. Gillian joined the team at Enhance in 2008 and is working as an Account Manager. Her role includes liaising with the Client and the Development Team to ensure the process from conception to completion runs smoothly and is the one of the main contacts throughout the process. Gillian takes pride in her levels of customer service and support.

Profile: Steve has over 20 years experience in the industry, having worked with multinationals in a variety of senior roles, including: Product Development Manager, Expert System Developer and Training Manager. Steve founded Host Media in 1997 as one of Dallas Area first web development companies, and has led the company through innovating products and service change.
