Dr. Carrie Thompson

Dr. Carrie Thompson has been practicing Audiology for the past 28 years and has been at ENT Carolina since 2009. She received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland, her Master's degree from the University of Virginia, and her Doctor of Audiology degree from AT Still University in 2006. She holds her board certification through the North Carolina Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists as well as the American Board of Audiology.

Dr. Dana Grattan

Dr. Dana Grattan has been practicing Audiology since 2004. She joined ENT Carolina, PA when she and her family moved down from New York State in 2017. Dr. Grattan received her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from State University of New York at New Paltz, and then later obtained her Doctorate of Audiology degree from Salus University. She currently holds her board certification through the North Carolina Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists. She is also a Fellow with the American Academy of Audiology. Dr. Grattan resides in Mount Holly with her husband and son. In her spare time, she enjoys crafting and spending time with her family.

Frederic E. Levy

Frederic E. Levy, MD, is a native of Chicago, Illinois, and a graduate of the University of Illinois in Champaign where he majored in biology. He earned his medical degree from Rush Medical College in Chicago. Having grown up in Chicago, Dr. Levy is a huge fan of Chicago sports teams and played most team sports. He participated in track and field in high school and currently runs 50-60 miles per week. Along with other physician friends, he runs 15 races, including 5 marathons, per year. He's run 10 Boston Marathons and has run marathons in 6 countries, including Israel and Japan. Music is also a part of Dr. Levy's life. He plays bass guitar and has been a member of various bands since he was fifteen years old. His most recent being a classic rock band named "Sonic Tonsil". Dr. Levy is a proud father of a UNC Chapel Hill graduate (computer science major) son who plays soccer and guitar and a daughter who is a student at Appalachian State University (graphic design major).

Joshua C. Yelverton

Joshua C. Yelverton, MD, attended Mercer University in Macon, Georgia where he graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. He completed his medical education at Mercer University School of Medicine. His post-graduate training included an Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery residency at Virginia Commonwealth University Health System in Richmond, VA and a fellowship in rhinology (sinus surgery) and endoscopic anterior skull base surgery at Georgia Regents University, formerly the Medical College of Georgia, in Augusta, GA. He is a member of Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. In addition to his special interests in the comprehensive management of sinus, skull base, and allergic disorders, Dr. Yelverton also enjoys head and neck surgery, salivary gland diseases, voice, and pediatric otolaryngology. He is happily married with two sons. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and watching college sports. He is a fan of University of Georgia football and Duke University basketball. Dr. Yelverton is a member of First United Methodist Church in Gastonia.

Michael T. Gaslin

Michael T. Gaslin, MD, began his education at Cornell University where he studied electrical engineering. He continued to medical school at SUNY Upstate Medical University and completed his Otolaryngology residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Dr. Gaslin joined ENT Carolina in 2007 and sees patients in Gastonia. His specialties include treatment of voice disorders, allergies, sinus infections, hearing loss, ear infections and other conditions affecting the ear, nose, and throat. Dr. Gaslin's philosophy is to thoroughly evaluate his patients' medical conditions and personalize each patient's care. He has been recognized for his care at CaroMont Regional Medical Center where he received the Physicians Recognition by Nursing (prn) award. He currently serves as Chief of Staff of CaroMont Regional Medical Center and is Medical Director of CaroMont Specialty Surgery. When not taking care of his patients, Dr. Gaslin enjoys spending time with his family, reading, playing piano, cooking, and looking after the family pets.
