Bianca splits her time between Toronto and Jack Lake just outside of Apsley. She was first introduced to the North Kawartha area over 15 years ago, and continues to be amazed by its beauty and variety of ‘things to do' with her husband and twin toddlers. Prior to pursuing a career in real estate, for nearly a decade, Bianca owned and operated a children's fitness business in the GTA. She also offers her time as a Child Life volunteer in the ER at SickKids - a place very near and dear to her family. During her time off she enjoys playing tennis, watching reality TV, reading and spending time outdoors with her family.
This coming summer will be the 27th year that Bob has been cottaging on Mississauga Lake and and now makes it his permanent home. Mississauga Lake is an integral part of the 7-lake chain system that is considered the crown jewel of the Kawartha Highlands. With crystal clear water and spectacular views, Bob considers himself lucky to have had this place to call a home away from home for he and his wife of 36 years; his 3 children and 4 grandkids (and counting)!
Bob comes from a diverse hockey background, playing over 700 games in the NHL (300 plus with the Toronto Maple Leafs. coaching in the AHL, ECHL and minor hockey and has now been an Analyst with Leaf's Nation Network for the Toronto Maple Leaf's and Toronto Marlies over the last 16 years. Boating and golf are so me of his favourite activities. Bob's communication and relationship building skills along with his passion to help others, will certainly be an asset as he steps into the world of Real Estate.

Born and raised in Peterborough, Calum grew up in Stewart Hall where he spent most of his childhood being active outdoors. In fact, some of his favourite activities are spent four-wheeling, fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, hiking and cutting firewood.
During his high school years, Calum spent many hours helping to manage his family's restaurant. It's where he learned the importance and values of good client service and working hard for a living. In fact, working hard for a living is in his blood. Having worked on several farms in the neighbourhood, Calum really knows the ins and outs of farms. With a keen interest in media, he attended the National school of broad casting, providing him with the skills for acting and voice-overs! At the tender age of 18, Calum unfortunately broke his back and was told he would spend his entire adult life working from behind a desk. Calum had to prove to himself that he would do more with his life than simply sitting at a desk, and so he decided to take up the trade of carpentry. With those newfound skills, he was soon building houses and performed renovations for a period of 6 years. Calum, therefore, has an excellent understanding of all the components required to build custom homes. It wasn't long before he moved from building Residential homes to Commercial buildings, where he continued to learn the additional crafts required for this type of build. With his love for and the skills that enable him to build homes and commercial buildings, he decided to get into Real Estate at the age of 25 and has now been in the industry for an amazing 15 years. Calum has been committed to the same Brokerage, learning to craft and hone his Real Estate skills. However, recently he decided to make a move to a brand new Boutique Brokerage, ‘BALL Real Estate Inc'. He is thrilled and excited to be a part of this new innovative and caring Brokerage. It feels like coming home for the first time, with its' positivity, exuberance and support.
Although Calum works hard, he also likes to play hard. He loves nothing better than spending quality time with his family. He has 4 wonderful children, all of whom he completely dotes on. Importantly to him, Calum has been a foster parent for 10 years. He and his wife love spending time on their 25 acre hobby farm, as well as time on our beautiful lakes and he got to know the Trent Severn Waterways very well.

Over the last 19 years Cameron has been involved in the selling and buying of waterfront homes and cottages, as well residential and commercial properties in the Kawartha Lakes region.
Cameron has served on the Kawartha Lakes Real Estate Board, chairing many committees to raise funds for various charity organizations.
Prior to his real estate career Cameron was in Corporate Management focusing on customer service in the automotive industry.
On a personal note, Cameron was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, growing up he had a love of sports and outdoor activities which led him to a lifelong passion of Martial Arts, competing in Canada and the United States. After winning many awards Cameron decided to open up Martial Art Schools in Pickering, Whitby, Janetville, Erie, Pennsylvania and Las Vegas, Nevada.
Cameron and his wife Deborah moved to the Kawartha Lakes in 1998, currently reside on Sturgeon Lake.

Dennis Savery of Hastings has been working in the Real Estate Business now for over 25 years and Principal Agent of the Hastings office location on 16 Front Street East.
Dennis served as President of the Hastings & District Chamber of Commerce and currently sits on the Trent Hills & District Chamber of Commerce as 2nd Vice Chair and Director. Dennis also served as a Councilor with the Village of Hastings in 1997 through 2000 before Hastings became amalgamated with Campbellford and Warkworth to become the New Municipality of Trent Hills. Dennis started his career in 1980 working for Glaxo Pharmaceuticals, now known as GSK, a major Pharmaceutical Company as Supervisor of Customer Service. Those fourteen years of Service Networking and Sales Experience proved very valuable in the development of his Career. He decided to leave the Pharmaceutical Industry in 1994 and moved from Oakville to Hastings. Dianne grew up in Haliburton in a Real Estate family. It was here, "working" alongside her dad as a child that she developed her love of the business.
After receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology at Saint Mary's University in Halifax, Dianne spent time living and working in Switzerland as a nanny.
Upon returning to Haliburton she held positions in the hospitality and health care industries. Both of these fields helped to hone her customer service skills.

Gareth is a Real Estate Broker with over 28 years of experience in Residential & Commercial Real Estate. For 15 years, he actively traded in multi-occupant commercial properties.
Gareth holds multiple designations and is trained faculty with the National Association of Realtors (NAR) for seven NAR designation programs. Gareth instructs the ABR, CIPS, C-RETS, PSA, RENE, SRES and SRS programs.
From July 2017 until June 2020, Gareth served as an elected Board Director and was also the Chairman of the Commercial Committee at the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board. Attending NAR, RECO, OREA and CREA AGM's and Conferences keeps him current with real estate trends and in contact with industry leadership across Canada and the U.S. Gareth was appointed as the single Ontario representative for the CREA Code of Ethics Committee and assisted in re-writing of REBBA 2002 into TRESA.

Jason loves living a holistic lifestyle in North Kawartha with his wife of 24 years, 2 children and his dogs and cats. Jay has had the privilege of growing up in Lakefield. His whole life has been spent being a part of the community in the Peterborough area from playing little league soccer to piano concerts in every church and hall he can remember. Jay and his brother/partner Rees have helped out with local meal programs, weekly youth programs and after school programs. Jay earned his college advanced diploma in Business Administration right here in Peterborough at Sir Sandford Fleming College.

Julia was born and raised in the Village of Lakefield and cottaged on beautiful Stoney Lake. After 15 years of award winning real estate service in Kingston, Katie is absolutely overjoyed to have returned back to her home town! She was born in Toronto and moved to Lakefield in 1985 when her dad became the headmaster of Lakefield College School. Katie was fortunate enough to grow up on the beautiful grounds and attend Lakefield College school as a student from 1995-2000. During her years in high school Katie was also very active in sports and ended up moving to Toronto for a year to peruse her Figure Skating career, which enabled her to be the first figure skater from the Peterborough Area to ever compete at the National Figure Skating Championships!
Katie went on to complete her honours degree at Queens University. It was during Katie's time at Queen's University, in Kingston, that she realized her true passion for business. She ran her own franchise student window cleaning business during her summers in Kingston. The love of the thrill, the chase, and the ability to meet and work with different people lead Katie directly into the Real Estate Industry!
While at Queens University, Katie began completing her Real Estate courses and has never looked back since she received her official license in 2004 at the age of 23. Laurie's family has called Apsley home for over 40 years. She is one of six siblings that are living and working in the Apsley area. She and her partner Reg have owned and operated small businesses in the community. They opened Heron's End Market in 2000, imported building materials, home decor and clothing from Bali and Nepal, and have 15 years' experience in building and renovating in multiple townships in the Apsley area.
Laurie enjoys using the knowledge gained and past experiences in construction, building and customer service in her job as a realtor. She has enjoyed living on and off grid on many of the fabulous waterways in our area. She is currently living water access and loving it on beautiful Limerick Lake.
Born in Battersea a small Hamlet, North of Kingston ON, Liza knows the city and its surrounding neighborhoods extensively!
Liza attended The University of Ottawa, obtaining a Degree in Psychology, after graduation she decided to travel for the summer in Europe. After travelling there were a few years of working in retirement and group homes, then onto a brief career in EMS. Leading into the Hospitality and Administration fields, before finding her true passion in Home Staging/Design.
In 2008-2009 Liza took a Home Staging/ Design course, once certified, she started her own business Staging homes in the Kingston area, this led her to take her Real Estate courses, achieving her full Realtor license in 2010.
Liza believes in putting people and their needs first when it comes to buying and selling homes. She thinks it is important to get to know her clients, find out their true wish list whether buying or selling.
She enjoys the outdoors, traveling, yoga, fishing, hiking, skiing, golfing, reading, decorating, paddle boarding, swimming or anything to do with Water and the BEACH.
Logan grew up in Trent Lakes for much of her life, and currently resides in Peterborough with her partner and step-son. Logan has experience working on the administrative side of Real Estate and for over the past 6 years she has worked as a Planning Technician with a local Land Use Planning firm. This has given Logan a keen eye for detail and also an understanding of how the provincial and municipal governments work to create different layers of land use policies.
