Established in 2009 as Leonard Construction, the company is led by husband-and-wife team, Adam (a third-generation carpenter) and Michelle (an Architectural Designer)... Established in 2009, LC Designer Homes are custom builders of new builds, as well as design and build projects, extensions and renovations, and house recladding. If you already have plans, we can work to those - otherwise our in-house architectural design team can create your dream home plans for you... We cover the North Shore, Hibiscus Coast and parts of Rodney and central Auckland, NZ. From Orewa, Silverdale, Whangaparaoa, Kaukapakapa, Greenhithe, Albany, Birkenhead and Takapuna, through to Ponsonby, Epsom, Remuera and Mt Eden.
