Alisa joined Mechanical Rubber in February 2008 as Administrative Assistant. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence made Alisa the ideal choice to take over the responsibility of Quality Assurance in early 2011. Since joining the Quality Assurance department, Alisa has implemented the quality procedures for ISO & AS9100C and consistently strives to exceed customer expectations. She is a Qualified Bombardier Vendor Inspection Program representative.
Before joining Mechanical Rubber, Alisa was a Truck Fleet Contract Analyst for Hertz Penske Truck Leasing, where she handled engineering, credit, insurance, legal and financial matters.
Alisa is an avid reader, enjoys cooking and spending time with her family, which includes her husband, two children and her dog, Brandie.

Bill joined Mechanical Rubber in June 2011 as Sales Manager in the North Carolina branch. He has experience in Materials Management, Project Management and Sales with a Military Sub Tier Manufacturer. Bill formed Carolina Business Services, an Independent Manufacturer's Representative organization in 2001 covering the southeastern United States and serving all industries for principals providing rubber, metal and plastic part manufacturing and fabricating.
Bill spends a lot of time with his grandchildren and tending to his large garden, the fruits of which he shares with friends and neighbors.
Cedric acquired the assets of Mechanical Rubber Products Company, which had been in existence since the 1940's in 1995. Several years later he acquired the defunct Minisink Rubber Company and revived its operations by merging the business with Mechanical Rubber. Cedric and his company have twice been featured in the trade magazine Rubber & Plastic News for being one of the rare community-minded rubber manufacturers in the United States.
Cedric attended the University of Missouri - Columbia, Cal State San Bernardino and California State Polytechnic University - Pomona achieving his Bachelor of Science in Urban Regional Planning.
Cedric spends his spare time giving back to his community. He serves as Chairman of the Youth Council for the Orange County Workforce Investment Board; Past President of the Warwick Valley Chamber of Commerce, where he initiated the first official town-wide Tourism Campaign; board member of the Council of Industry and Manufacturer's Association of Central New York. He is also past president of the Greater Greenwood Lake Revitalization Committee and an avid supporter of the Greenwood Forest Farms community.

Lisa is a published writer and avid reader. She is dedicated to her family and serving the community as a Girl Scout Leader and an active volunteer at the Warwick Valley Community Center and the Warwick Valley High School Drama Club.

Nicole joined Mechanical Rubber in July 2007 as Materials Planner. Her previous responsibilities included executing purchase orders for raw materials and supplies along with inventory control. She now coordinates with production regarding potential challenges with delivery of customer product and oversees shipment scheduling.
As a certified Rubber Technician, she assists our laboratory in rubber compound development. Nicole also serves as part of a team that plans and executes Mechanical Rubber employee functions.
Nicole came to Mechanical Rubber from being the General Manager of one of the largest carpet stores in Rockland County, NY.
In her free time, Nicole enjoys spending time in the garden and is always up for a game of badminton.
Steve joined Mechanical Rubber in January 2015 in National Sales, bringing over 35 years experience in sales, marketing and management of rubber product companies. Prior to joining Mechanical Rubber, Steve worked at BF Goodrich Industrial Products, Home Rubber and, most recently, Prestige Rubber.
Steve enjoys watching his two daughters compete in cross country and track meets. He is an avid sports fan as well as film enthusiast, and frequently catches the newest releases at the movie theater.

Tim has recently joined Mechanical Rubber as Pacific Coast Sales Representative for California, Oregon and Washington. He brings over fifteen years of sales background, with his most recent endeavor in commercial real estate sales in Northern California. Prior experience includes performing wireless mobile facilities site audits, leasing analysis and zoning management.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban Planning from Cal Poly Pomona, as well as a California Real Estate sales license.
Tim is an avid traveler and enjoys attending sporting events.

Wally joined Mechanical Rubber in April 2014 as Sales Manager in the six New England states, bringing more than 20 years experience in sales and marketing of gaskets, seals, molded rubber, PTFE and other plastics. Wally began WA Kielb Associates, an Independent Manufacturer's Representative business, in 2008.
