Jarrad is a Director at MobbsMarr Legal. Jarrad is an Accredited Specialist (Succession Law) - Qld. He acts for clients throughout Queensland and has been doing so since 2003.
Jarrad's main practice area is Wills & Estates and Dispute Resolution and in the area of Private Wealth. Jarrad gained valuable experience in private wealth as an estate planning manager for National Australia Trustees Limited (a division of the National Australia Bank) and a national law firm, where he was the head of the wills and estates practice before commencing MobbsMarr Legal in 2016.
Jarrad regularly advises executors, trustees and beneficiaries regarding their rights and obligations through the processes of deceased estates. He also has expertise in conducting contested estate matters, assisting with both prosecuting and defending executors and administrators of estates in the Queensland Supreme and District Courts. He has experience dealing with complex family situations, including blended families. Jarrad acts as a litigation guardian for people without capacity to act personally and accepts court appointments to act as an independent administrator in estate matters.
