Nelson Christian Community School (NCCS) is a vibrant Preschool (Ages 3 & 4) to Grade 9 school sitting along side the Kootenay lake in the North Shore area of Nelson, BC... At NCCS we see the potential within all our students. We believe that education is about equipping students to become problem solvers, critical thinkers, active citizens in the community, and passionate in their faith... At NCCS we give students opportunities to reach out to local, national, and global communities in service. Opportunities can be as simple as raking a neighbour's lawn or raising money for a global organization. Working together as a class, students see the importance of thinking beyond themselves to the impact service can have.
