The Company was incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 on 15th day of January 1983 under the name of Express Bottlers Service Private Limited. Then the name of the Company was changed to Citra Flavors and Fragrances Limited. Then further the name of the Company was changed to Bisleri Exports Limited. Further the name of the Company was changed to Parle Software Limited on 6th March 1998. The Company Parle Software Limited was a wholly owned subsidiary of Parle Bisleri Limited up to the financial year 1999 - 2000. Thereafter it became a wholly owned subsidiary of SUN BEAM INFOTECH LIMITED. Subsequent to the implementation of the Scheme of Arrangement Parle Software Ltd has become a subsidiary of Eaugu Udyog Ltd. Currently the Company is subsidiary of Fortune Point Exports Private Limited.
