SAXBY BUILDING INSPECTIONS - Key Persons
Kevin Saxby grew up in a military family; born in Riverside, California and then eventually living the majority of his life in Jonesboro, GA. Kevin graduated from Faulkner University in Montgomery, AL where he played collegiate soccer for 4 years with graduating with his Bachelors of Science in Business Management. Kevin is passionate about building relationships and looks to make an impact on everyone he meets. Being part of multiple real estate transactions he decided to make a move into the home inspection business. After going through a 120 hour detailed training program through AHIT (American Home Inspector Training) and passing the exam; he is a Certified Home Inspector for the state of Georgia. Kevin is also a member of ASHI- American Society of Home Inspectors.
Richard Teutsch is a graduate of McIntosh High School and has enjoyed living in the Peachtree City/Newnan area for the last 20+ years. Richard discovered a love for the fire service when he joined the Explorers with Peachtree City Fire Dept as a teenager. Soon after graduating high school, Richard joined the fire service as a professional firefighter/EMT. Richard has worked with DeKalb County Fire Rescue for the past 18+ years and is currently a Fire Captain. Having dealt with home-related issues before, both in the personal homes he has purchased, as well as in the home of the citizens he has responded to, Richard decided to move into the home inspection business to help others identify potential issues in their own homes. Richard has a passion for helping people and is looking forward to giving people confidence that their home will be worry-free with no surprises waiting to pop up after they've purchased their new home.
