Allison moved to Colorado in August 2015 and began working at Sander and Sons in January 2015 bringing with her 13 years of kitchen and bath design experience. Whether you're looking for cabinets, kitchen or bathroom design, countertops or anything in between Allison is ready to meet each client's needs with designs that offer functionality and flair. Allison has three children so spare time is limited, though when she does have time she loves to explore Colorado, finding one of a kind things at garage sales and flea markets to rehab or repurpose.
Gerry has been in the countertop industry for 38 years. He has been involved with fabrication, installation, and has operated as a Shop Foreman. His expertise in all aspects of countertop production makes him a valuable asset to our team and our clients. Gerry has been a Colorado resident for 22 years with his wife and two children. He is an avid runner and enjoys playing softball in his free time.
Mike founded Sander and Sons in 1996. He decided to remodel his own family kitchen and began fabricating solid surface countertops professionally later that year. Twenty years later, Sander & Sons has grown into a full service kitchen and bath showroom. He takes pride in being a countertop expert and has had the pleasure of helping many people bring their own dream kitchens and baths into a reality. Mike enjoys woodworking, traveling, and is a master of the grill. He also loves spending time with his family, especially his six grandchildren.
Monica graduated from the University of Colorado with a bachelor's degree in Environmental Design with a focus on Architecture. She also attended The Art Institute of Colorado and received a bachelor's degree in Interior Design. She has worked in the design field for six years and especially enjoys working with clients to create their dream kitchen. Monica loves snowboarding and hiking in the mountains with her husband.
Phil began working in the family business when he was 16 and learned much about fabricating and installing countertops. He received his Bachelor's in Business Management at the University of Nevada Las Vegas, while continuing to learn more about the kitchen and bath industry. He has been designing kitchens and baths for over fourteen years and is both a countertop and cabinetry expert. He strives for his designs to be beautiful and innovative, as well as functional. Phil loves living in Colorado with his wife, three children, and dog. He enjoys being outdoors, fishing, and working on projects around the home.
Trip joined the Sander team in 2018 with 12 years of full-time design & industry experience and AKBD accreditation from the National Kitchen & Bath Association. His experience also includes a BS Architecture at the University of Virginia and construction project management. Trip is a proud member of the Rotary Club of Centennial and along with his family, are firmly entrenched in their Littleton community.
