Ben Healey - Chief Commercial Officer

Ben joined PosiGen in early 2019, after seven years at the Connecticut Green Bank and its spin-out national specialty financing company, Inclusive Prosperity Capital, which Ben helped launch. At the Green Bank, Ben designed and developed innovative clean energy financing solutions, including building the country's leading Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy program, structuring first-in-the-nation strategies to secure solar investment for non-investment grade properties, and arranging investment partnerships with not only traditional financial institutions but also emerging players such as foundations and crowdsourcing platforms. Ben holds degrees from Yale's School of Management and School of Forestry & Environmental Studies, as well as Yale College.

Dan Black - Chief Legal Officer

Dan Black is the Chief Legal Officer and Secretary for PosiGen, Inc. In such capacity, he oversees all legal affairs for the company, including compliance and enterprise risk, corporate governance, and regulatory matters. Dan has extensive experience representing companies and financial institutions in all aspects of complex finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and regulatory matters.Prior to joining PosiGen, Dan was the Chief Legal Officer, Executive Vice President, and Secretary for Vivint Solar (acquired by SunRun in 2020). He began his legal career in San Diego as an attorney with Latham & Watkins, one of the world's leading project development and finance law firms. Dan earned his bachelor's degree in business management from Brigham Young University and graduated magna cum laude with a juris doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law.

Elizabeth Galante

Beth practiced energy and environmental law in Louisiana for 15 years, including work with the Tulane Law Clinic when it received the National Law Journal's Runner Up Lawyer of the Year and Distinguished Environmental Achievement Award from the American Bar Association. After Hurricane Katrina, Beth directed Global Green New Orleans, a nonprofit focused on the sustainable rebuilding of the city to build LEED Platinum homes in the Lower 9th Ward. She was named a Champion of Change by the White House for creating New Orleans energy efficiency program, and is an Aspen Institute Fellow in its flagship Henry Crown program

Gavin Polizzo

Gavin comes to PosiGen with over 18 years of Executive Sales leadership experience in the wireless telecom and HRM industries, working for Verizon and ADP, leading large sales organizations in consumer and enterprise sales, telemarketing, customer service and CRM Marketing campaigns. He is known for developing teams, increasing revenue, and creating processes to enhance the customer experience. While at Verizon, he received multiple awards around sales performance as well as developing CRM tools around customer retention. Most recently, Gavin comes to PosiGen from ADP where he led the Upstate NY market as Vice President of Sales overseeing direct sales and operations, leading the team through transition to virtual sales while maintaining year over year growth. As a native of Connecticut, Gavin is familiar with the PosiGen landscape within the Northeast and is eager to grow the footprint throughout the Northeast and across the country. Gavin holds an MBA from Northeastern University in Boston as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin in Madison.

Lisa Neyhart

Lisa has been refining her craft in the Customer Service/Collection industry for over 30 years. She has an extensive background in managing the LMI customer through her long accomplished career in the rental industry. Lisa has also served as President of New York Rental Dealers Association and has organized successful lobbying efforts at both the state and federal levels. She was featured in APRO Magazine "The Personal Touch" which outlines her unique communication skills and impressive ability to create connections.

Naren Yendluri - CTO

Naren Yendluri is our Chief Technology Officer for PosiGen Inc., In his role, he oversees all the technology investments for the company in software engineering, product management, enterprise applications, cyber security, architecture and infrastructure operations. Naren has extensive experience leveraging technology to enable small to medium sized companies to scale. Naren is experienced in M&A and built his career in fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining PosiGen, Naren was the SVP of Engineering and Technology at Sunrun for 9+ years. While at Sunrun, he was responsible for directing technology operations, developing strategies focused on software products through effective management of product and platform portfolio; oversee all facets of software product lifecycle from inception to deployment and cultivate and lead a global engineering and technology team to ensure alignment with key corporate initiatives supporting 500K customers, 3500 partners and 10K employees. Prior to Sunrun, Naren had worked at Autodesk and Hewlett Packard and leadership positions. Naren has bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and a master's degree in Math and Computer Science.

THOMAS NEYHART - CEO

Tom has over twenty-five years of management experience. For over ten years, he was the COO of a large retail chain, Utica Rentals, with 32 locations and over 165 employees across six states. Tom then became a partner in an executive search firm specializing in construction staffing that placed over 2,500 construction professionals throughout the United States. In 2014 Tom was named one of Goldman Sachs 100 Most Intriguing Entrepreneurs and he continues to be a sought-after speaker at renewable energy and construction business forums.

Thomas Plagemann - CFO

Thomas oversees all financial responsibilities at the company, including raising capital, accounting, policy and regulatory work as well as markets and products. He has almost 30 years of experience building businesses and executing investments, financings and M&A related to energy and infrastructure assets. Thomas started his career at Deutsche Bank and has since held management roles at GE Capital, AIG, Santander Global Banking, First Solar, and most recently was the Chief Commercial Officer and Head of Capital Markets at Vivint Solar. Thomas received an MIA from Columbia University in New York and a B.A. from the University of Minnesota.
