He holds an LLB. LLM. MRes and is our current head of immigration appeals as he deals with all immigration matters ranging from leave to remain applications, naturalisation, immigration appeals and lodging judicial review application for upper-tier tribunal.
She is currently the head of Conveyance Law Department of Succour Law Firm. She holds a BA in Law and Economics with her expertise in representing clients in Conveyance law and also difficult immigration and human rights matters, demand for her services.
He is currently the head of the Family Law Department of Succour Law Firm. He holds a Master's Degree in Law and is dual jurisdiction qualified, having practiced as an Attorney, Solicitors and Advocate of the Supreme Court for some years now.
He is a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales, and a barrister of Italy, specialising in International and Human Rights Law and Immigration and Refugee Law, dealing also with investments and sustainable development and international cooperation too.
