His experience includes mergers and acquisitions, tax analysis, financial modeling, and investor relations.
He has worked with start-up, rapidly growing and troubled companies, organizational management restructuring, initial and secondary public offerings, private placements of debt and equity, ESOPs, and corporate ownership transition, including family-owned business planning.
Bill began his career in Portland, OR at an international "Big-4" public accounting firm and was a corporate controller and principal accounting officer for a publicly traded international manufacturing and technology company.

She serves as a plaintiff and defense counsel consultant in matters involving trademark infringement, corporate veil, divorce, misappropriation, and professional malpractice. She also has experience in commercial real estate and Special Purpose Acquisition Company ("SPAC") transactions.
McKenna began her career in Seattle, WA at an international "Big-4" public accounting firm where she specialized in revenue recognition issues for investment banking, telecommunication, retail, and technology sectors.
Ryan Smith brings approximately 25 years of experience in financial and public reporting, auditing, financial forensics, damages, and business valuation.
His experience includes serving as a plaintiff and defense counsel consultant in matters involving bankruptcy, commercial contract disputes, corporate veil issues, construction disputes, criminal defense and "white-collar" crime issues, divorce, embezzlement / misappropriation, employment disputes, personal injury and lost wages, professional malpractice and accountants' liability, securities fraud, and shareholder rights.
Ryan began his career in accounting at Evergreen Aviation, a world-wide aviation company located in McMinnville, OR. Mr. Smith served as the Vice President of Finance and CFO of the Company and served for approximately 14 years.
Taylor Montgomery brings approximately 8 years of experience in financial and public reporting, strategic planning, and tax preparation and review. Her experience includes public and private clients within various industries. She has worked with start-ups, small business, and multi-million-dollar entities. She has experience working on state and federal tax returns, financial budgeting, financial reporting for entities with numerous subsidiaries, audits, reviews, compilations, internal control implementation and improvement, project management, and business valuation. Taylor began her career working for a public accounting firm in California and has been able to leverage her skills in other areas of accounting and finance.
