Before that, he was Director in the Structured Finance Division of Qinvest (Qatar), responsible for Financial Institutions Coverage and Syndications for the whole IB Division. He is a Specialist in both Conventional and Islamic Finance Structures, having spent 7 years at Doha Bank (Qatar) as Senior Manager, International Banking, arranging Syndicated Loans and covering International Financial Institution clients. Sher has an MBA in Banking and Finance from Birmingham Business School.

Engineer Hamad Salem Al Ameri has extensive experience in the construction and real estate sectors, international finance and investments, government, public and non-profit institutions, in addition to the oil, energy and utilities sectors. Engineer Hamad Salem Al Ameri holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the American University in Dubai, and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Canadian University.

Mr. Mohammed has over 24 years of professional experience in Banking & Accounting. He joined Synergy Investment and Loan during the establishment or pre-opening stage (early 2006), as a Financial Controller, responsible for Financial Reporting, Risk Management and Operations. By 2007, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer and then Acting CEO by June 2016. Mr. Mohammed formerly worked with Commercial Bank of Dubai as the Deputy Manager, Business Group. He was responsible for the MIS and Financial Studies Department. He also previously worked as Chief Accountant at Al Rodan Group in Kuwait and a Credit Officer at Commercial Bank of Dubai.

Mr. Zayed has over 17 years experience in the Financial Services Industry in both Jordan and Kuwait. In 2010, he established the Global Markets Division at Synergy Investment and Loan. Prior to starting this venture, he was the Head of VIP Department at Mac Sharaf for Local and Global markets.
Zayed began his professional career in Information Technology at the Securities Depository Center in Jordan, and later relocated to Dubai where he joined the Local Equities Department at Emaar Financial Services. He holds a Telecommunications Engineering Degree from Jordan University of Science and Technology.
Mr. Al Khalidi holds more than a decade of professional work experience. Currently, he is serving as the Director Investments at Al Yamama Group of Companies, where he oversees wide spectrum of investments including, public equity, private equity, fixed income, real estate investments and commodity markets. Prior to this, he was associated with PwC - Middle East as a Consultant for Financial Transactions and Advisory Services. He served in that capacity for more than two years. Mr. Alkhalidi has also served as a board member of various eminent organizations.
Besides this, on educational side Mr. Al Khalidi holds a bachelor's degree in Finance from Prince Mohammed Bin Fahad University.
Has over 15 years of banking and investment experience and he presents the Board with crucial contacts and business links in Kuwait. Previously, Mr. Al-Barrak has worked with Gulf Bank in various positions including Senior Investment Manager for the Chief Executive Officer, Assistant General Manager for Investments and for Corporate Finance. He also spearheaded the development and management of Electronic Channels in the bank. Currently, he works as the General Manager, Investment Department at the Kuwait International Bank. Mr. Al-Barrak has also served in numerous Boards and investment committees. He holds an MBA and Bachelor of Arts from Bentley University in Massachusetts. He has also attended management and corporate finance programs at INSEAD and Harvard University Business School.
