Dan Unumb serves as the founder and President of the Autism Legal Resource Center, which develops and protects the legal rights of people with autism and providers who serve them.

Dr. Katie Franke is a licensed psychologist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst at The Unumb Center for Neurodevelopment. As Director of Clinical Services, she oversees the ABA, psychology, and pre-employment transition services, ensuring the quality of clinical programs and ongoing staff development. She also conducts comprehensive psychological evaluations for developmental disabilities and provides individual, family, and group interventions for children and adolescents with developmental disabilities. Her particular areas of interest include early childhood assessment, as well as the use of applied behavior analysis principles to address food refusal and challenging behavior in children.
Dr. Franke obtained her Ph.D. in school psychology at the University of South Carolina in 2018, and she completed her doctoral internship at the Kennedy Krieger Institute at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland. At Kennedy Krieger, she completed rotations in the Pediatric Developmental Disorders and Pediatric Feeding Disorders program. She completed her postdoctoral fellowship at the Autism Academy of South Carolina and the University of South Carolina.

Shanna worked in the field of nonprofit administration since 2005. She previously served as the Deputy Director for City Year Columbia, an AmeriCorps program with a mission to lower the high school dropout rates across the nation. She earned her bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.
