Aaron studied marketing and sales at DeVry University, and has a worked in the building industry as well as sales and digital marketing before finding his home at Wiens & Roth Real Estate.
He and his wife Alyssa are long time Bedford residents. His hobbies include golf, hunting, hockey, and taking their three children to their various sports practices and games!
His dream home would be a modern farmhouse with acreage and a large pond!

Co-Founder and Broker Aaron is a father of three boys, wife to co-founder Melanie, and lifelong Toledo area resident with a bachelor's degree from The University of Toledo. He has over a decade of real estate experience, beginning in the commercial realm, and holds broker's licenses in the states of Michigan and Ohio. Aaron is passionate about bringing together buyers and sellers with the latest technology, resources, marketing techniques, and excellent customer service. He founded Wiens & Roth with the goal of helping each and every client achieve their real estate goals by focusing on relationships rather than transactions.
Jake lives in Bedford with his wife Baylea, who he was recently married to and says is the prettiest woman in the world! They recently purchased their first home, and have an adorable new puppy!
He graduated from Stateline Christian and attended the University of Toledo before starting in management at Costco. He recently stepped down from his management position in order to pursue his career in real estate.
Jake's favorite hobby is golf, particularly golf that involves beating Aaron Wiens, and the number one feature he would have in his dream home is a golf simulator.
A husband and father to twin boys, and a little girl James brings over 15 years of sales experience, all of them in the technology world. He is passionate about changing the way real estate is presented both from the buyer's and seller's perspectives. An entrepreneur at heart, James all left his corporate sales career behind to establish a local small business in Lambertville. Licensed as a Realtor in Michigan, James is excited to be a part of the Wiens & Roth team where he can use his sales and client service experience, and change the real estate climate by offering our full 360 degree approach using modern technology to present real estate at its finest.
Joel is married with three kids, and enjoys playing and collecting tabletop games, backpacking, and playing basketball. From work-life to
personal-life, integrity is the backbone of everything he does.
The number one feature Joel would choose to have in his dream home? Either an aquarium floor or an indoor basketball court!
Josh recently received his Michigan license and has lived in Bedford for most of his life. He met his wife, Erika, while leading the young adult ministry at his church. He and Erika love animals and have two dogs and three cats, all of which are rescues. They recently purchased their first home!
Josh enjoys playing disc golf, basketball, football, and tennis, and loves to spend time with friends and family. You may recognize him from the Francis Family YMCA where he has worked organizing youth sports and day camps!
Lacey graduated from Erie Mason high school and recieved her degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Toledo (GO ROCKETS!) Lacey and her husband Joe have two little girls and live in Temperance. In her spare time she volunteers at her church, spends time with her family, and repeatedly reorganizes her kitchen. The number one feature her dream home would be a wall of windows looking out into the woods.
Margie was born and raised in Toledo, lived in Maumee for 9 years, and currently lives in Temperance, Michigan, with her husband Mike, and two daughters. Margie loves to cook, hang out with family, work out, spoil her adorable dogs, and serve at her church. Margie's dream home would have floor-to-ceiling windows with a beautiful view.
Before real estate, Margie served for 8 years in the Ohio Air National Guard, at the 180th Fighter Wing. She was their Special Vehicle Mechanic on P-23 Firetrucks. This led to a degree in John Deere Deisel Mechanics. When Mike and Margie had kids, she pivoted to online sales of antiques and collectibles. These experiences equipped her to easily step into real estate with both sales and technical experience. After years of communication from behind a computer, it was time to make real, in-person connections. Margie joined Wiens and Roth because of their client-first focus. Co-Founder, Realtor, Certified Staging Design Professional, and real estate photographer Melanie Wiens holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan and Master's degree from the University of Toledo. She is mom to three boys. Melanie began her real estate career as a listing assistant for another excellent local Realtor before branching out to get her own license and work with her husband Aaron to found Wiens & Roth. She brings to the company her professional real estate photography experience, and a home staging certification as a Staging Design Professional. She is passionate about making sure that each and every listing at Wiens & Roth is presented at its best, both through high quality photography, and staging to help the home appeal to the widest possible range of buyers.
Michael is a graduate of Perrysburg High School, and attended the University of Toledo. He comes to us with 23 years of experience in the real estate industry, which has been primarily focused on commercial real estate which he has worked with a wide variety of commercial clients, including both local and national brand retail and restaurants. He's excited to continue his commercial work with our commercial division, and has also started working with residential clients!
Michael resides in Sylvania with his two kids, Colin and Delaney, and an adorable dog! His hobbies include playing sports, ranging from pickle ball at the Toledo Club, to golf with Metro Toledo Golf Association.
Richele owns a freelance graphic design business and also has a background in educational psychology. Married and homeschool mom of four, she also enjoys photography, the outdoors, and spending time with family.
Richele's dream house would include a spacious office, a beautiful patio, and let's not forget closet space for all her shoes!
Sarah was born and raised in the Toledo area, and is a graduate of Whitmer high school. Along with two years prior real estate experience with The Danberry Company, her work life has been focused on raising and homeschooling her six children, and flipping personal homes. (And even a camper!) Sarah previously owned a vintage/antique store that she built from scratch by offering estate sale clean-outs, and due to her experience, she specializes in assisting families and individuals that are downsizing or need to empty an estate.
Sarah's hobbies include travel, entertaining, and weight training.
The number one feature she would have in her dream home would be an inground pool, so that as her children get older and move out, she has something that entices them to come and hang out with her!
