Aaron Dobbin was appointed as President & CEO, of Wine Growers Ontario in January 2017. Previous to this appointment, Mr. Dobbin held senior positions in both the private and public sector, including Vice President of StrategyCorp, as well as Senior Advisor and Director of Policy and Research in the Office of the Premier of Ontario. Mr. Dobbin holds a Bachelor of Arts, Honours, from the University of Guelph, a Bachelor of Education from the University of Windsor and a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Victoria.

Karen Loch joined Wine Growers Ontario as Executive Assistant in April 2010. Ms. Loch has worked in the Ontario Wine Industry for over 30 years and her various roles and experience have provided her with an in-depth knowledge of the industry including wineries and grape growers from all across the province. Ms. Loch is a graduate of Brock University. Over the course of her career with the Ontario Wine Industry, Ms. Loch has sat on a number of grape and wine industry committees, including the industry Insight Conference Committee. Ms. Loch lives in the Niagara Region with her son.
