All my working life has consisted of customer facing roles. From the very beginning I was employed in the hospitality trade and then progressed into the retail industry. My working life has seen me travel from North to South where I was employed as a Bar manager for Whitbread brewery based in Maidstone Kent. Family commitments brought me back home to Scotland where I established a successful parcel delivery service.
