Amy Knowles has over 18 years' experience in placing quality transactional & business support professionals into permanent positions, contract roles and temporary assignments across the private and public sectors. Geographically covering the Chester, North Wales and Cheshire areas. Amy graduated with a 2:1 in Business Studies at the University of Staffordshire. On leaving University Amy applied for an accounts role with one of the leading multi-national recruitment organisations and instead of getting an accounts role Amy was referred to the internal recruitment team and offered a role as an Associate Recruitment Consultant. 12 years on Amy has trained and developed to management level and achieved significant results for the areas she was responsible for. Amy is an expert in all areas of Transactional Finance & Office Support recruitment where she has a strong following across the Chester, Wrexham & North Wales areas. After being employed by a Specialist market leading recruitment company, with a world wide presence, for the duration of her 12 years. Where, she progressed through the ranks, trained and managed teams and built up extensive market knowledge. Now working with Rotheram Carrington Recruitment Group, where existing knowledge can be utilised and developed to help support businesses, whilst having the right work life balance for a young family.

Lindsay Murphy

Lindsay joined Rotheram Carrington Recruitment Group in January 2024 as our Human Resources Recruitment Specialist. Lindsay has had a successful career within the pharmaceutical industry working for Smith & Nephew Healthcare, SHS Nutricia and In2Focus SDS Ltd. Lindsay then used her skill set to move on to a Project Management role for a digital marketing company, before taking on her role within the Recruitment Sector. Lindsay is originally from Northern Ireland; she went to university in Scotland and took her first role in Pharmaceuticals along the West Coast and then moved to Manchester which led to an opportunity with SDS Nutricia and then a move to the Wirral where she excelled her in career with Smith & Nephew. Lindsay's experience of being customer focused led her to recruitment and her area of expertise is Human Resources. Lindsay will be covering Chester, Cheshire, North Wales, Wirral, Warrington and Merseyside, the roles she will be recruiting for will be Human Resource Directors, Human Resource Managers, HR Business Partners, HR Officer and HR Administrators. Within her role, Lindsay meets with clients and candidates to build long-term relationships to support people with their career journey and ensure we support clients in finding the right person for their role.

Marie Audemard

Marie joined Rotheram Carrington Recruitment Group in October 2022. She obtained a 2.1 for her bachelor's and master's degree in Journalism while undertaking several internships where she learned how to manage social media platforms, write feature articles, and interview or even film and edit videos. Marie also studied Anthropology for her second bachelor's degree and Gender Studies for her Master of Research. This gave her a broader understanding of the world and strong writing and research skills. She moved from France to the United Kingdom in 2020 to learn English and decided recently to take her career to the next level and work as a social media officer for Rotheram Carrington Recruitment Group while studying for her phD.

Sarah Rotheram has over 20 year's experience in financial recruitment and specialises in Temporary & Permanent Senior Finance & Qualified Accounting Appointments across the Chester, Cheshire, North Wales, Wirral & Merseyside areas. Sarah has worked for two of the largest & leading multi-national finance recruitment organisations in the UK, specialising in the North West of England and Central London where she quickly advanced through the ranks achieving outstanding results for each of her employers. Sarah's passion is to ensure the right candidate is placed with the right client. Her expertise's is within senior finance recruitment for qualified & part-qualified accountants up to financial director level across commerce & industry and the not for profit sectors. She has vast experience of working with a wide range of clients from blue chip and corporate organisations to local SME's, personally managing the requirements of senior finance experts and placing into the best possible opportunity for their skill's, experience and background. Having worked for corporate organisations for the last 20 years Sarah has always had an inner drive to eventually start up her own recruitment business, combining the highly professional approach provided by these organisations, Sarah can now utilise the variety of skills she has acquired and tailor into a bespoke service as a boutique recruiter on a more local level.
