Brandon Ribar - COO

Brandon Ribar is the chief operating officer at Sonida Senior Living with more than 15 years of experience managing large portfolios and implementing key strategic initiatives in health care and real estate businesses. Prior to joining Sonida Senior Living in 2019, he served as senior vice president of operations at Golden Living, where he oversaw 305 skilled nursing and assisted living centers with 20,000 employees across 21 states. He also previously served as the company's senior vice president of operational finance and strategy, leading strategic initiatives within the portfolio's skilled nursing, rehabilitation, home health and hospice businesses. Before that, he was vice president of health care investments at Fillmore Capital Partners, a real estate private equity firm with more than $5 billion in assets under management. He oversaw sourcing, underwriting, negotiating and closing of all health care investments in the company's investment funds. Brandon received his bachelor's degree in operations management information systems from Santa Clara University. Brandon Ribar joined the company as chief operating officer in September of 2019, with more than 15 years of experience in the senior living industry.

Carole Burnell

Carole Burnell serves as the vice president of operations for Sonida Senior Living. In this role, she oversees day-to-day operations for the southwest division. Carole has more than 22 years of experience in the senior living industry. She has held a variety of leadership roles for multi-community companies - both large and small, public and private. Prior to her current role, Carole was a regional manager in the Dallas area. Her responsibilities included health-related oversight, budget development and oversight, human resources management, resident and employee relations, property maintenance, risk management and marketing. Before joining Sonida Senior Living in 2004, Carole served as the regional director of operations for Alterra Healthcare. She began her career with Assisted Living Concepts, where she started as an executive director and was promoted to the role of regional director of operations. Carole received her bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting from West Texas A&M University. Carole Burnell is currently the vice president of operations for the southwest division. She served as the regional operations manager in the Dallas region for Sonida Senior Living from January 2004 to March 2019.

David Brickman - Chief Legal Officer, SVP

David Brickman is senior vice president and general counsel for Sonida Senior Living, leading all of the company's legal activities. He also serves as corporate secretary. David has practiced law for more than three decades, spending most of that time as general counsel of CSL and its predecessors. He is experienced in corporate and contract law, privacy, insurance and risk management, litigation oversight, mergers and acquisitions and health care law. Prior to joining Sonida Senior Living in 1992, David served as in-house counsel with LifeCo Travel Management Co., a company that provided travel services to U.S. corporations. David received his law degree and MBA from the University of South Carolina and his master's degree in health administration from Duke University. He serves on the board of advisors for the Southern Methodist University Corporate Counsel Symposium and is a member of the National Center for Assisted Living's In-house Counsel Roundtable Task Force and the Long-Term Care Risk Legal Forum. David Brickman is currently the senior vice president, secretary and general counsel of the company. He served as vice president and general counsel of the company since July 1992 and has served as secretary of the company since May 2007.

Jay Reed

Jay Reed is the vice president of information technology at Sonida Senior Living. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of information technology, including network, security, systems and desktop support. Jay has more than 25 years of experience in strategic operations and technology, primarily in the hospitality, real estate and restaurant industries. He has a proven history of implementing innovative technology solutions to optimize business performance and facilitate growth. Prior to joining Sonida Senior Living in 2021, Jay was a partner at CIO Suite, a management consulting firm in Dallas. He previously served as Chief Information Officer or other senior technology roles for companies such as Aimbridge Hospitality, Trammell Crow Residential, Taco Bueno Restaurants, Wyndham International, and Trammell Crow Company (now CBRE). Jay received his bachelor's degree in finance and data processing and analysis from the University of Texas at Austin and his MBA from Southern Methodist University's Cox School of Business. Jay Reed joined Sonida Senior Living as vice president of information technology in January 2021.

Jeremy Falke - CHRO

Jeremy Falke is the senior vice president of human resources for Sonida Senior Living. In this role, he is responsible for attracting, developing and engaging talent across the company. Jeremy has more than 20 years of experience in HR leadership. He has a track record of transforming work environments to be more collaborative, open and connected, in turn helping to drive better business results. Prior to joining Sonida Senior Living in 2018, Jeremy spent 14 years at Tenet Healthcare Corp, most recently serving as vice president of talent, culture and performance systems. He was responsible for all talent planning, development and cultural programming and transformation for an organization with more than 125,000 employees across 75 acute-care hospitals and 450 outpatient facilities. Earlier in his career at Tenet, he served as the senior director of strategic operations, analytics and reporting and as the chief human resources officer for Creighton University Medical Center. Jeremy received his bachelor's degree in business management from the University of Phoenix and an MBA with a concentration in health care management from the University of Nebraska Omaha. Jeremy Falke joined the company as senior vice president of human resources in 2019.

Prior to joining Sonida Senior Living in 2019, Kimberly served as president of GN Hearing North America, where she led seven consecutive years of above-market growth and expansion across multiple channels and brands. Before that, she was president of U.S. chronic care at Coloplast. Kimberly formerly served as an independent consultant, providing interim leadership to companies in health care, consumer products and insurance services. She also held executive roles at Senior Home Care, Gentiva Health Services and Apria Healthcare. Kimberly received her bachelor's degree in business from Hiram College and an MBA in finance from Wake Forest University. Kimberly Lody joined Sonida Senior Living as president and chief executive officer in January 2019. Her more than 25 years of experience in clinical and commercial health care settings includes leadership positions in medical devices, health care services and complex regulatory and payor environments.

Mike Fryar

Mike Fryar is the chief revenue officer at Sonida Senior Living. Prior to joining Sonida Senior Living in 2019, Mike served as vice president of GN Hearing North America, where he was part of a leadership team that sparked seven consecutive years of above-market growth and expansion across multiple channels and brands. He also previously served as senior director of marketing at Starkey Hearing Technologies and as an account director at marketing agency Colle McVoy. Mike received his bachelor's degree in communications studies with a minor in economics management from Gustavus Adolphus College. Mike Fryar joined the company as chief revenue officer in February of 2019. His 20 years of experience focusing on brands in complex, multi-channel environments includes leadership positions in medical device and marketing agency settings, with the majority of his career focused in senior health care.

Tiffany Dutton

Tiffany Dutton is the Senior Vice President, Finance and Accounting for Sonida Senior Living. Tiffany joined Sonida Senior Living as vice president of accounting and financial reporting in January 2020. She has been instrumental in the redesign of numerous accounting and financial reporting processes aimed at improving the efficiency of the company's financial operations. Prior to Sonida Senior Living, Tiffany served as an accounting consultant primarily focused on assisting health care and retail entities with improving financial reporting and accounting structures. She also previously served in accounting and financial reporting roles for Adeptus Health Inc., RealPage Inc., Pier 1 Imports and Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group. She began her career as a manager in the assurance and advisory business services practice at Ernst & Young. Tiffany received her bachelor's degrees in accounting, economics and finance from the University of Oklahoma. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Tiffany Dutton joined Sonida Senior Living as vice president of accounting and financial reporting in January 2020.
