Roger and the ASC team invented and successfully commercialized global shutter flash LIDAR for a wide range of military, space, and commercial applications. ASC Inc. was acquired by Continental Automotive Group (AG), a tier 1 automotive supplier, in 2016. At the time of the ASC Inc. acquisition, ASC LLC, an independent small business entity was created to continue to provide global shutter flash LIDAR technology, cameras, and 3D perception systems to the space, military, manned airborne, and bathymetric designated markets.
