BUONA PASTA

A little about me & the history of Buona Pasta… I got my cooking ability from my mom, who had me in the kitchen super young, thankfully! My love for pasta started with my Grandmom Tot, who taught me her homemade Ricotta Ravioli recipe, which I grew up making every Easter - this definitely fueled my love for pasta, and all noodles, really... I studied abroad in Florence, Italy & was able to take Italian Cooking for one of my Italian language classes - This is where I fell in love with cooking! After college, I made the move to San Diego and continued to make homemade ravioli every Easter for family & friends.
