Gerald Chrisco - CFO

Gerald Chrisco is responsible for the company's accounting, administration and financial operations. He first worked for a Budd Group janitorial crew during his high school days and joined the management team six years later after college and graduate school. He attended NC State University, graduating summa cum laude with a BS in Applied Math and Education. There he was also named Outstanding Senior in Math Education. He received his MBA from Wake Forest University in 1981 and was named a Babcock Scholar with Distinction. In 2009, he received his M.A.R. from Reformed Theological Seminary. Gerald is active in the community. He serves as a resource pastor for the Piedmont Triad Presbytery. He served as a director of Tri-Stone Community Bank from 2004 to 2009. He is a member of the Reynolda Rotary Club and a former club president. Gerald was adjunct professor at Wake Forest University's MBA Program for 23 years. Over the years Gerald has been involved with the Wake Forest University Babcock School Alumni Council and Board of Visitors; the Winston-Salem Chamber of Commerce; Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina and Leadership Winston-Salem. He is also a licensed broker with the North Carolina Real Estate Commission and a developer of Burke Farm Estates in Clemmons, North Carolina.

Joseph R. Budd - CEO

Joe has worked full time with The Budd Group since 1985, when he received an MBA from Wake Forest University. He graduated from High Point University with a degree in business in 1983. His Budd Group history began early, with teenage summers spent working in all divisions of the family business. Joe's hobbies include shooting, fishing, flying and spending time with his family. He is a commercially rated pilot and flies his own airplane for business and pleasure. He attends First Presbyterian Church, where he has served as an elder. Joe also spends considerable time in community service. His past roles include: Chairman of Winston-Salem Business, Inc., President of the Winston-Salem Rotary Club, Reynolda House Museum of American Art Board, Montreat College Board of Trustees, Dean Prim Scholarship Committee, Forsyth Airport Commission, Salvation Army, American Heart Association, and the Northwest N.C. Food Bank. Currently Joe serves on the Glade Valley Scholarship Foundation, is a board member for Mission Emanuel and is Major Gifts Chair for "The Commons," a project of the N.C. Housing Foundation to end chronic homelessness in Forsyth County. He is also a district commissioner for the N.C. Wildlife Resources Commission.

Yasser Youssef - President

Yasser Youssef is responsible for The Budd Group's primary operating units: janitorial, landscape and facility support services. His goal is the seamless integration of all operating divisions into a cohesive business unit, returning high value to customers, employees and shareholders by leveraging each division's unique benefits. Yasser joined The Budd Group in 2004 and is currently serving as president. Prior to joining The Budd Group, Yasser was the president and founder of Workforce Solutions, an HR consulting firm focused on assisting organizations with the recruitment, selection, development and retention of high-potential talent. Prior to founding Workforce Solutions, Yasser was a staffing industry executive with Fortune 1000 companies for over 15 years. He held positions of progressive responsibility in sales, sales management and executive-level general management. Yasser received his BA from the University of North Carolina in Charlotte. Yasser has served on the board of the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI) since 2010 and served as president in 2014. He also serves on the board of the National Service Alliance (NSA). Yasser is involved in a variety of community activities such as Young Life and his local church. Yasser speaks and writes on various topics related to leadership, which can be viewed on his blog, The Path to Lead.
