Our contingency success based fees apply in personal and catastrophic injury cases, some credit perfection cases, and in all cases where we seek funding for clients. We carry all costs associated with such cases and the client pays nothing until the case is won. Unlike virtually all other firms who charge you a one-third (33%) fee if the case settles without filing litigation, we charge only 25% in those cases.
