Sarah's WHY - Since Sarah and her husband, Nick, had their son (Will) in 2021, Sarah began to research foster care and the work she had seen Foster Well do through a mutual church connection at CityLight Vineyard Church. Being a parent changed her perspective on foster care completely. That same year, Nick's Aunt and Uncle adopted an amazing young boy with special needs and a story that branded itself on many hearts. Seeing how their love, care, and prayers truly helped him heal in radical ways, Sarah discovered a passion for helping children stay in safe and loving homes. She hopes to use her relationships with businesses and the Delaware community to spread awareness and raise funding to support kids and families in the foster care system.
