Andrew Dennis, Technical Director added: "Working closely with Phill, you can see his patience and diligence come through to help clients overcome complex machinery challenges. Andrew has been the Technical Director and joint owner of Kenray since being involved in its management buy in and buy out in August 2004. Andrew started his career just before 1995 by studying his craft alongside his father, who is still a well-respected and valued engineer at Kenray. With Andrew's extensive experience in the engineering industry at Kenray, he remains one of the leading and pivotal members of the technical team today, offering a wealth of application knowledge. As Technical Director, Andrew is closely involved with the engineering and manufacturing teams across the group, as well as technical after-sales and service. He overseas projects and production processes, manufacturing, performance and quality control as part of Kenray's ISO 9001:2015 accreditation, which has successfully been maintained since 2013. Andrew also works closely with clients and our USA partners, Greener Corporation, on key accounts and scoping new R&D projects. With a key focus on continuous improvement, Andrew encourages feedback, however incidental, from all Kenray customers, partners and team members globally. With his knowledge and expertise, Andrew works closely with companies to find innovative methods for optimizing their production processes to cope with an ever-changing packaging industry. Since 2017 he has helped develop and grow Kenray India- a subsidiary company in Mumbai, with goals of making Kenray India as successful as the UK site and has led the development of their manufacturing capabilities and processes in-line with Kenray quality standards. Whilst in more recent times, Andrew has been involved in integrating Kenray with their Italian strategic partners Zanon Forming. Andrew is committed to all technical aspects within Kenray and is extremely passionate about standardisation, training and development. This collective expertise enables Kenray to achieve the highest levels of quality and customer satisfaction.

Andy Reynolds

Andy is responsible for all the finance functions within Kenray. Covering Accounts preparation, management accounts, prepayments & accruals, VAT, EC Sales lists and Intrastate returns. Andy is a key member of the Kenray community and Finance team since joining in 2014, He has a wealth of 32 years' worth of experience in the Finance sector for the corporate world and manufacturing environments, where his career started in the Engineering - Metal Box industry. Andy also has a widely recognised AAT qualification, that has allowed him to gain valuable experience and expertise in managing Finance's, that is valuable to Kenray's team. Within his role as Group Finance Manager at Kenray, he is responsible for all the finance functions and financial decisions within Kenray, covering all accounts preparation, managing of accounts, prepayments and accruals, VAT, EC sales lists, intrastate returns and ensuring all financial legalities are met. He also leads a small finance team based at the head office of Kenray and produces regular management report, with his expertise knowledge and experience he provides Kenray with a tactical advantage to enable a driving force in relation to financial and decision-making aspects towards the business. Andy's passion towards problem solving aligns with Kenray's solution orientated service - he cares passionately about problem solving abilities in the ever-changing world of technology and innovation. As an open and approachable individual, he enjoys dealing with the UK and overseas markets where it allows him to be solution orientated and to adapt to any difficulties approached with, giving Kenray the best opportunities.

Bal Ross

Bal has been a key member of Kenray since joining us in 2010, first as the Logistics and Procurement Manager. Bal has been a key member of the Kenray community since joining in 2010, where she initially joined as a Buyer, managing the purchasing for stores, overseeing responsibility of all additional parts and materials required for job completion. Since her time at Kenray she has gained a wealth of experience, knowledge and a skill set that has allowed her to take on an additional role which now sees her manage the transport and logistics side of Kenray. Within her role at Kenray as Head of Procurement & Logistics (UK) she is responsible for general procurement for Kenray on a mass scale, overseeing goods in/out of the business, day-to-day business management, cost cutting exercises, white fleet management, key supplier liaison as well as any sub-contract management which may occur depending on the customer needs. Bal's passion for customers aligns with Kenray's - she cares passionately about ensuring deliveries are timely for all our Kenray customers around the globe. Outside of work she is a recognised and successful member of the Territorial Army (TA), currently W02 in the Royal Signal Regiment SSM 64 Signal Squadron. More recently she received a Lord Left tenant certificate for her recognition of her 19 years' service with the TA. Bal is a very dedicated and committed team member to Kenray's community and we value her devotion.

Dan Atkin

Dan Atkin is the Head of Sales for the West at Kenray. Dan joined us in 2014 having previously worked for Wolstenholme Machine Knives for over 10 years as Northern European sales manager. Dan is a key member of the Kenray community and Sales team since joining in 2014, where he initially joined as a Sales Manager looking after the UK and Northern Europe. He started his career at The Sheffield Star in advertising and sales, moving on to the packing industry at Wolfstenholme, where he further developed his sales career. Within his 25 years of Sales experience, ten of those years has been in Management as a Northern European Sales Manager, Dan brings a lot of experience and expertise to the table. Within his role as a Head of Sales - West at Kenray he works closely with Stacey, the After Sales and Support Executive, in warranty enquiries, pre-screenings and quality control of information. He ensures procedures are up to speed to improve workflow, supporting other regions and develops training and technical support of product knowledge. Dan's passion for customers and quality aligns with Kenray's - he cares passionately about customer service and quality of that service and product, ensuring all customers feel pleased with Kenray's service. With his passion for good service for the customer, he ongoingly looks for ways to improve procedures for the customer and Kenray's community. Dan is an incredibly well-organized individual that's procedural driven and is keen to ensure all procedures are followed, making him an important member of Kenray's working community, we value his experience and devotion to customers and colleagues.

Kay Collins

Kay has been an integral part of the KENRAY team since 2009 where she initially joined as Quality Assurance Manager and gained Kenray ISO accreditation, which with Kay's co-ordination Kenray has successfully maintained since then. Within Kay's time at Kenray she has set up the HR Function, taken a leading role in Organisational Development and now acts as a strategic partner and member of the Board, representing Human Resources & Organisational Development. As a member of the CIPD and with an MSc in Human Resource Management & Training, Kay works in partnership with the Directors to build functional people plans and continues to build collaborative relationships throughout the group, and with our partners in the US. Acting as the strategic and operational lead for the people function, Kay is accountable for People Policy and execution, ensuring not only consistent and fair implementation and compliance but also striking the balance between legal, best practice and continuous improvement. Kay continually strives to develop people strategies and initiatives that support the business mission and objectives, ensuring employee wellbeing and engagement remain top of the agenda, alongside quality and continuous improvement. Coupled with her passion for putting people first, this guarantees a happy, loyal and committed workforce, which Kay believes has the knock-on effect of not only improving operational performance and enabling growth, but also improving relationships with clients and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Mark Evans - Chief Commercial Officer

Mark has been the Commercial Director and joint owner of Kenray since becoming involved in its management buy in and buy out in August 2004. Mark has been a joint owner and Commercial Director of Kenray since 2004, when he became involved in management buy in, buy out (BIMBO) of the company. His previous experience includes a long career in the Armed Forces, reaching the rank of a Warrant Officer Class 1 (Regimental Sergeant Major), before taking up a commissioned appointment in the rank of Captain. During this period, he completed a Forces sponsored Master's Degree (MBA). Mark is responsible for the commercial side of the business, including the customer experience of using Kenray, overseeing all aspects of marketing, growth, finance, and general management. Mark has been heavily involved in many aspects of growing the business including implementing the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and the ISO accreditation. Mark was instrumental in developing and setting up key strategic relationships such as the partnership with Greener Corporation, who are Kenray's strategic partner in North America, and was key to implementing and developing Kenray India- a subsidiary company in Mumbai and the most recent strategic alliance, integrating Zanon Forming into the Kenray Group of Companies. Mark's passion for customers and quality/service has influenced Kenray's approach to business generally. He cares passionately about Kenray and aims to make it the supplier of choice for all users of formers globally whilst also maintaining Kenray's position as the market leader in this field. Mark has a passion for the Kenray Group of Companies, which he views as a family. This, coupled with his drive and commitment to continuous improvement and development of internal talent is the route to Kenray's continued success.

Mark Tilley

Mark has joined Kenray from PepsiCo International, where over a long career, he gained increasing responsibility within foods packaging, ultimately leading a team of 10 packaging professionals servicing Europe, Africa & Middle East. His responsibilities are to provide materials advice, selection, optimisation and best practice to Kenray's customers, and also furthering continuous improvement within Kenray's technical function. Mark is an established inventor, with 3 international patents assigned, and has spent the majority of his working life in R&D, entering the industry with the multinational Engineering company GKN, subsequently working in the plastics processing industry, and special purpose machinery design & build, before a long and colourful career with PepsiCo. He has a wealth of experience of a wide range of foods packaging technologies and their associated materials, particularly sustainable materials of late. He is a certified Kaizen leader, and has successfully led numerous overseas food packaging projects in the EAME region in locations such as Israel, South Africa, Egypt, Russia, Turkey, Ireland, Belgium, Spain and Saudi Arabia. Networked and knowledgeable, he prides himself on being solution focused, never short of ideas and enthusiasm, and enjoys motivating and inspiring others.

Nurettin Yilmaz

Nurettin is our Business Development for Kenray customers in the Middle East and joined the team in 2015. Nurettin has a special focus of developing the Kenray brand in the Asian & African markets. Nurettin is a key member of the Kenray community since joining in 2015, he graduated with a degree as an electrical and electronics engineer. Within his role as Business Development at Kenray he develops the business for clients and customers located within the middle east, also a special focus on developing the brand in Asian and African markets. Within his job role he also develops a strategy for growth, creates relationships with clients and corresponds with the sales team and uses his own expertise. Nurrettin is proficient in Turkish and English, with a passion for relationship building that aligns with Kenray's - he cares passionately about engaging with clients, solving and finding solutions no matter how big the challenge is. He is very customer focused and devoted to the Kenray community, which we value.

Phill Loxley

With a strong background in both design and engineering, spanning over 35 years, Phill brings to the table a wealth of experience having worked previously for blue-chip companies such as Caterpillar, JCB, Donalsons Filtration - formely DCE Dust Control. Starting from a small team of 2 engineers designing certain parts of our forming sets, Phill has developed our multi-functional engineering Hub with a team of dedicated engineers that support the Kenray group across the globe. Phill Loxley, has been instrumental in this development and has been at the forefront of this project and many others. Phill has worked closely with OEM's & end-users to understand the challenges they are facing. He has then designed and manufactured a number of innovative solutions along with his team of Engineers that have consistently been recognised by clients. An inventor at heart, the pioneering solutions that we have been able to help companies adopt have made huge impacts such as reduced Nitrogen usage, reduced wastage and improved overall efficiencies.
