The Little Escape is owned by Mike, an Osteopath, but it is very much a team effort - the therapists at the Little Escape are all hand-picked, self-employed, highly qualified and experienced, down-to-earth, and fully accredited and insured by the appropriate bodies to ensure they take the greatest care in supporting you however you need... We are super proud to have developed a fantastic team, and where appropriate we all work together collaboratively, to ensure that people get the best treatment and support for them at that time... We have been helping keep the good people of Crystal Palace healthy and sane for 10 years now, in a safe and supportive, warm and welcoming environment.
