Overwhelmingly, fish live high-suffering, low-welfare lives, and have been neglected by animal advocates, creating opportunity for tractable welfare improvements. Using existing infrastructure in nonprofits, academic institutions, and regulatory bodies, we can generate and guide momentum for positive change for billions annually.
