Plan Navigators started in mid-2018 as a division of Inclusion WA to assist people with disability to take an increased level of control of their funding and their services. Growing out of Inclusion WA, Plan Navigators draws on the 30 years of experience of walking beside people as they become connected to their communities. Our services complement the work that Inclusion WA is doing to help people to live their best life... At Plan Navigators, our team has a deep understanding of NDIS and is committed to getting the best results for the people we assist.
