Prior to joining MC Credit Partners, Jason spent 7 years as an investment professional at the small buyout and growth equity fund of NGP Energy Capital Management. Before joining NGP, Jason worked for 9 years in Citigroup's Mergers & Acquisitions and Leveraged Finance groups.

Javier Casillas is a Managing Director and Global Chief Credit Officer of H.I.G. Whitehorse. Javier has over 20 years of experience in credit, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions.
As an original member of H.I.G. WhiteHorse's direct lending team, Javier is involved in all aspects of the investment process, including sourcing, structuring, and portfolio management. Javier is also active in the recruitment and development of the credit team for H.I.G. WhiteHorse.
Javier joined H.I.G. in 2006 and has led credit investments across a broad range of sectors, including healthcare, business services, and specialty finance. Prior to joining H.I.G. WhiteHorse, Javier was with ING Americas and J.P. Morgan.

John Bolduc is an Executive Managing Director of H.I.G. He is responsible for leading H.I.G.'s global Credit Platform.
John has more than 30 years of experience focused on credit investments, including primary loans and distressed debt, as well as private equity investments.
Prior to joining H.I.G. in 1993, he was at Bain & Company, where he directed domestic and international assignments for Fortune 500 clients. Prior to joining Bain & Company, he worked at Chemed Corporation (NYSE: CHE), a specialty chemical company.
He currently serves on the board of several public and privately held companies, including H.I.G. WhiteHorse Finance (NASDAQ: WHF), Ransom Everglades School, and University of Virginia's Darden Business School.
John is a graduate of Lehigh University with a B.S. in Computer Science and earned his M.B.A. from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business.

Mark Bernier is a Managing Director of WhiteHorse Capital. Mark is responsible for sourcing and structuring middle market financings, including senior loans, unitranche, second lien, mezzanine and structured equity for private equity sponsored and non-sponsored transactions.
Mark has over 20 years of leverage finance experience across a broad range of sectors including telecom, software, media, tech enabled, internet and business services. Prior to joining WhiteHorse, Mark worked at GE Capital for 18 years where he held various leadership roles in risk and originations within GE Capital's U.S. and European businesses. He last served as a Senior Managing Director and Group Head of GE Capital's Telecom and Technology business where he and his team sourced and structured cash flow debt transactions for private equity sponsored and non-sponsored deals. Prior to GE Capital, he spent four years at Fleet Bank in its Media and Communications Finance Group where he completed Fleet's Financial Management and Credit Training Programs.

Pankaj Gupta is the President of WhiteHorse, U.S. and Global Head of Originations. In this capacity, he oversees the U.S. Direct Lending business, as well as origination and deployment efforts for H.I.G. WhiteHorse globally.
Pankaj serves on the management and investment committees of both H.I.G. WhiteHorse, U.S. and Europe. He has over 23 years of experience in private debt and equity investing across a broad range of industries, including business services, manufacturing, distribution, telecom, healthcare, consumer products, and consumer services.
Before joining H.I.G. WhiteHorse, Pankaj was a Managing Director with American Capital (NASDAQ: ACAS), a middle-market investment firm. While at ACAS, he was a co-head of the debt investment business. Prior to ACAS, Pankaj spent six years at Audax Group, a Boston and New York-based private equity and mezzanine firm.

Stuart Aronson is Executive Managing Director and CEO of WhiteHorse, U.S., which provides a wide range of customized financing solutions to non-sponsor and sponsor borrowers in the middle market.
Prior to joining H.I.G. WhiteHorse, Stuart served as the President and CEO of GE Sponsor Finance (GSF) and was an Officer of the General Electric Company. GSF was the leading provider of debt financing to the U.S. sponsor middle market.
Prior to GSF, Stuart ran the commercial and industrial platform for GE Structured Finance Group. Previously, Stuart worked in the GE Capital Markets Group Inc., where he led domestic product execution, including syndications, private placements, securitization, and trade finance. Stuart began his career in the syndications group of Chemical Bank.
Stuart earned a B.A., Cum Laude, from Tufts University and received an M.B.A., with honors, from Columbia Graduate School of Business.
