Dr Banwell performs all forms of cosmetic surgery to the breast, body and face but he is particular well known for cutting edge cosmetic breast surgery including minimal scar techniques for breast augmentation, hybrid techniques using fat transfer, mummy makeovers, labiaplasty and liposuction.
Dr Paul Banwell is a Consultant Plastic, Reconstructive & Cosmetic Surgeon based in the South East of England. He is the Clinical Governance Lead at The Harley Street Hospital for Plastic & Cosmetic Surgery and on the Medical Advisory Board.
Paul has developed an international reputation in the fields of cosmetic surgery, skin health and skin cancer and lectures worldwide on these subjects. He has published extensively including several books (a recent Amazon best seller in Female Aesthetic Genital Surgery has been widely acclaimed), run a research unit and is a Visiting Professor of Plastic Surgery to Harvard Medical School. He has been listed in the Times Magazine as one of the UK's Top 100 Doctors and his work recognised by Tatler Magazine. He was also recently a Finalist in the Safety in Beauty Awards for Best Cosmetic Surgeon in the UK.

He is also the Founder and former Head of The Melanoma and Skin Cancer Unit (MASCU) in East Grinstead, one of the largest skin cancer units in the UK. Paul regularly writes for the trade journals, is on the Editorial Board for Aesthetic Medicine and Judges for all the National UK Cosmetic Medicine Awards & Professional Beauty Awards. Mr Anand specialises in advanced minimally invasive spinal surgical interventions to treat disc prolapses, degenerative spines, spinal fractures and sacroiliac joint (SIJ) pathology
Mr Amarjit Anand is a Consultant Orthopaedic Spinal Surgeon that specializes in minimally invasive surgery. Mr Anand's NHS practice is based in Epsom & St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust and the South West London Elective Orthopaedic Centre (SWLEOC).
Mr Anand graduated from The Royal Free & University College London Medical School in 2005. He trained in the Oxford and Cambridge rotation as a junior doctor. He completed his Trauma and Orthopaedic SpR training on the London NW Thames Rotation. During his training, Amarjit was an Anatomy Demonstrator/lecturer at Oxford University. He was elected onto the British Orthopaedic Trainee Association (BOTA), Specialist Training Committee (STC) and British Association of Spinal Surgeons (BASS) Executive Committee. He was awarded the Royal Society of Medicine (RSM) Presidents Gold Medal Podium Prize in 2012. Amarjit is well published and has over 50 international conference presentations. He is currently a journal reviewer for the Bone and Joint Journal (BJJ), Honorary Clinical Lecturer at Imperial College London and an examiner on various FRCS(Tr&Orth) courses.
Amarjit has received specialist training in spinal surgery at St Marys Hospital Major Trauma Centre, Charing Cross Hospital and the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital (RNOH) in Stanmore during his SpR Training. He obtained his CCT in Trauma & Orthopaedic Surgery in 2015. He has completed two Post-CCT Spinal Fellowships at the Royal Berkshire Hospital in Reading and a 1-year Complex combined Neurosurgical & Orthopaedic Spinal Fellowship in the Queens Medical Centre (QMC), Nottingham. Amarjit has travelled to various Centres of Excellence in Spain, Germany, Italy, France & USA to develop advanced specialist skills in minimally invasive spinal surgery, laser discectomy, regenerative procedures (prolotherapy, PRP and stem cells) and MIS SIJ fusion surgery.
Mr Caspar Aylott is an internationally-trained consultant spinal surgeon practising at The London Spine Unit and Cheltenham Spine Clinic. His areas of expertise lie in the conservative and surgical management of back problems, including disc herniation, degenerative disc disease, spinal stenosis, neck and back pain, sciatica and osteoporotic spine fractures. He also specialises in rehabilitation, minimal access surgery, injections, fusion, non-fusion motion-preserving techniques, and balloon kyphoplasty for spinal fractures.
Mr Aylott completed his specialist fellowship training in Nottingham, Bristol and Auckland. He is uniquely dual-qualified in the UK with a degree in both mechanical and materials engineering from Nottingham University and as a Doctor from Leicester Medical School. He also has a Doctorate in Spine. He has published over thirty medical publications and lectures regularly in Europe and Asia on subjects including minimally invasive surgery and spinal biomechanics. His qualifications and experience have allowed him to become a European faculty trainer for surgeons in numerous minimally invasive techniques including dynamic stabilisation and balloon kyphoplasty.
As well as practising at The London Spine Unit, Mr Aylott also runs the Cheltenham Spine Clinic. He passionately believes in the importance of making an accurate diagnosis and communicating this openly and clearly to his patients, enabling a personalised and sensible treatment plan to be outlined.

Raj Nigam was born in London and attended Haberdasher's Aske's School before graduating in Medicine from University College London.
