Amy is a Residential Conveyancing and Auction specialist.
Amy graduated from the University of Derby with a 2.1 degree and completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Leeds going on to complete her training contract with a Scunthorpe Firm.
Amy joined HSR Law in December 2018. She has since become a Partner of the Firm and she is Conveyancing Manager for our Doncaster office.

Chris Harvey is a Property specialist with a background in banking, having spent over 10 years in a national bank.
Chris Harvey started his working life in banking and finance. After 12 years with a national bank he turned to law, completing his degree, LPC and training contract in Sheffield qualifying as a solicitor in 1999. Chris joined HSR in 2016 and is a solicitor in the Commercial Property team based in our Doncaster office.
Christie Elia Sprakes is a Residential Conveyancer.
Christie joined HSR Law in the early 2022 following working at a Scunthorpe firm for 6 years prior to moving to HSR Law.
She is now working from our Epworth office and has 8 years' worth of experience in Residential Conveyancing dealing with a variety of matters including freehold, leasehold and new build transactions as well as auction properties and transfer of equity.

I cannot praise Christie Elia and her team enough. She has just completed the sale of my late Fathers property. Emma is a specialist in drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).
Emma previously worked for HSR Law before taking a short break and re-joined the firm in 2016 as a Paralegal within the Private Client Team. Emma can help you with writing your Will, creating Powers of Attorney and also Court of Protection applications.
Fabian is the Managing Partner of HSR LAW. Fabian qualified as an attorney in the United States where he practiced for 7 years before qualifying as a solicitor in England and Wales.

Graham Bembridge is a Chartered Legal Executive & Licensed Conveyancer.
Graham joined HSR Law following the closure of a local Gainsborough Solicitors firm where he had worked for the previous 24 years.
Graham is a Chartered Legal Executive and Licensed Conveyancer and is very experienced in dealing with property law since 1973.

Jonathan joined HSR's corporate and commercial team in late 2018 and is currently training to qualify as a solicitor. As a consequence of the experience gained in running and subsequently selling his business, Jonathan can relate to a client's requirements from a practical perspective.
Jonathan sold his successful franchised business and is employed by the Firm as a paralegal. Jonathan specialises in the sale and acquisition of Companies for £1m or less and franchise matters.

Kate Hardacre is a Wills, Probate and Land Law specialist.
Kate Hardacre joined the firm in 2006 having achieved a 2.1 degree in English and History at the University of Lincoln. Kate then completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course before starting a Training Contract at the Doncaster office. She qualified as a Solicitor in the Private Client team following a move to the Epworth office in 2009.

Katie Allwood is a Probate and Property Solicitor specialising in Agricultural Law and is our Head of Private Client.
Katie joined the firm in the summer of 2013, having completed her Law Degree at Newcastle University (2:1) and her Legal Practice Course at the University of Sheffield. Katie has 8 years' post-qualification experience as a Probate and Property Solicitor and is Head of our Private Client Department. Katie specialises in Inheritance Tax Planning, Estate Administration and Land Law, with a particular focus on Agriculture.

Katie has worked in Commercial Property for seven years at previous law firms and joined HSR Law's Doncaster office in 2021. Katie obtained an Upper Second-Class Honours Law Degree in 2023 after studying online part time. Katie is currently studying the LPC and a Masters in Law with BPP University and will start her training contract in 2024 to ultimately qualify as a Solicitor.

Katie Williams is a Solicitor in the Personal Injury, Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team.
Katie joined HSR Law in 2019 as a senior solicitor in Litigation / Dispute Resolution, having moved from a position at a Council dealing with general litigation. Katie achieved a 2:1 in her law degree in 2005. She completed her training contract in a firm in Lincoln, qualifying in 2009. She now heads up our Litigation team.

Kelly is a Paralegal in the Private Client Team and can assist you with Wills and Lasting Power of Attorneys.
Kelly joined HSR Law in 2019, after previously having dealt with Estate Administration for a UK Banking Corporation for over 10 years. Kelly obtained her STEP Administration of Estates qualification and now works as a Paralegal in our Private Client team preparing Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Kingsley joined HSR Law's Doncaster office in September 2022 as a Trainee Solicitor having obtained a First-Class Honours Law Degree at the University of Liverpool and completed the LPC and a Masters in Law at the University of Law.
Kingsley has completed his first seat in Private Client and is due to complete further seats in Residential Property and Corporate Law and Commercial Departments before qualifying as a Solicitor in September 2024.

Laura is a Paralegal in the Private Client Team and can assist you with Wills and Lasting Power of Attorneys.
Laura joined HSR Law in 2021 as a paralegal having previously worked as a legal secretary at a local regional firm for five years before joining HSR Law and completing her training as a paralegal in the Wills, Trusts and Probate department at our Gainsborough office. Laura specialises in preparing Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, mitigating the impact of care home fees and general estate planning. Laura regularly makes outside client visits in order to take instructions from clients that are unable to attend the office. Laura is based at our Gainsborough office.

Louise Rudkin is a Probate Solicitor.
Before embarking on her legal career, Louise achieved a 2.1 honours degree in Spanish and Philosophy at the University of Hull, during which she spent a year studying at the University of Seville. Subsequently, Louise went on to achieve a 2.1 in her Law degree at Sheffield Hallam University in 2005 and then continued her legal studies at Nottingham Law School. Louise qualified into the area of Private Client in March 2009 and has been helping clients across South Yorkshire, with their personal affairs since this time. Louise joined HSR Law in November 2021 and is a Senior Associate, based in our Doncaster office. Louise acts for a range of clients, including business owners and farmers and has a wealth of experience in her chosen area.
Lucy is a Solicitor.
She graduated with a 1 st Class Law and Criminology degree in 2016 and then went on to obtain a Masters Distinction in 2019.
She has worked in Residential Conveyancing for 8 years and has also gained experience in the Commercial Conveyancing and Family Law. She has recently qualified as a Solicitor at HSR Law and is looking to specialise in Conveyancing at the Mexborough office.

Natalie Wright is a Probate Solicitor.
Natalie joined HSR Law in 2022 as an associate solicitor, after having achieved a 2.1 Law with European Legal Studies degree from the University of Hull in 2012. Natalie spent a year studying at the University of Utrecht in the Netherlands as part of her degree. Natalie went on to obtain a Distinction in the Legal Practise Course at the University of Law in Leeds in 2015 following which, she completed her training contract with a local regional firm in 2017 and qualified into the Private Client field.
Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, Natalie also had previous experience in the legal field as a Paralegal from 2013.
Natalie is currently an Affiliate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and is currently working towards her diploma to become a full member of STEP.
Natalie specialises in estate administration and in addition advises on a broad range of tax, trusts and estate matters including wills, lifetime estate planning, succession planning, tax mitigation, powers of attorney and mitigating the impact of care home fees.

Richard is a Consultant Solicitor at HSR LAW. He specialises in Contested Probate, Dispute Resolution, Inheritance Act cases and Land Law. Richard has significant experience in all nature of transactions involving agricultural and development land.

Ryan is a Residential Property Expert. He specialises in Buy to Let and Investment Portfolios.
Ryan joined HSR Law in the 2007, after having achieved a 2:1 Law degree at the University of Sheffield where he also completed his LPC Training Course.
He later completed his Training Contract with HSR Law in the Doncaster office and ultimately qualifying into the Residential Conveyancing department in 2010. He has since become a Partner of the Firm and he is our Head of Residential Property.
Stevie Pickering is a Residential Conveyancer.
Stevie joined HSR Law in 2022 with the opening of our Mexborough branch. She has over 17 years experience in Residential Conveyancing and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. She is the Residential Conveyancing Manager for our Mexborough office.
William is the Operations Manager.
Will joined HSR Law in 2006 following completion of his A-Levels as an office junior/reception in our Doncaster office. He then went into a secretarial/accounts role within the Doncaster office before becoming Doncaster's Office Manager.
Will was appointed as HSR Law Practice Manager.
