Andrew Blazye

Andrew is Executive Chairman of Aryza Group, a market leading group of companies providing insolvency and loan management software products to the financial services sectors in UK, Ireland, Canada and New Zealand. In 2023 Andrew was appointed Non Executive Chairman of Intralink Group, an international business development and innovation consultancy with deep specialism in Asia. The business supports Western companies expanding in Asia, Asian corporates maximizing global innovation and governments growing their exports and attracting foreign investment. Also in 2023, Andrew was appointed Non Executive Chairman of FireAngel plc, a leading European provider of smoke and carbon monoxide detection systems, whose services are at the forefront of safety critical connected homes technology. During his career, Andrew has managed businesses based in Asia, North America and Europe. He is a Fellow of the UK Institute of Directors.

Andrew Toll

Andrew entered the world of financial planning in 2008, upon graduation from the University of Leeds, where he gained a BA Honours 2:1. He has worked exclusively with private clients ever since, at John Lamb Financial Planning, Barclays Private Bank (as part of the new High Net Worth team Simon Bullock led) and more recently Weatherbys Private Bank. Andrew continuously sharpens his technical knowledge since becoming Chartered in Q1, 2017; he recognises that continuous learning is crucial to helping clients and families with complex and challenging financial situations. His role at Mulberry Bow is to focus purely on client advice.

Elliott Owens

Elliott graduated from the University of Leeds with a First Class Honours in Economics and Finance and after completing a CISI Diploma and interning at an investment management company in Liverpool, he decided to pursue a career in financial planning. Elliott joined us in July 2021 and supports all aspects of our client service. Elliott holds the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS) and is working towards qualification as a Chartered Financial Planner

Gosia Rosa

Gosia was born in Warsaw, Poland and having completed a diploma in Applied Linguistics at Warsaw University, gained a First in Psychology & Modern History at the University of London, Westminster. Having won a full scholarship, she also won Dissertation of the Year in history for her analysis of the Yalta Conference. Upon graduation, Gosia pursued her passion for people and performance at Morgan Hotel Group and Norton Rose Fulbright, before becoming Head of Talent and a board director at Ideal Networks, one of the fastest growing tech companies in the UK. After having children, Gosia joined Mulberry Bow in 2018 to help drive HR, events and client comms.

Jessica Tivey

After gaining a BA Honours 2:1, Jessica joined a graduate financial planning training program at RSM Tenon. Following this she worked in several well-known advisory firms, specialising in technical research for private client advisers. Jessica joined Mulberry Bow in December 2015 and leads the practice on the operations aspect of the business, acts as our Compliance Officer as well as advising Private Clients.

Martha Hopkins

Martha graduated from the University of Glasgow with a First Class Honours in Theology & Religious Studies (MA). The title of the degree is slightly misleading in that the Scottish higher education system enables undergraduates to cover a wide variety of academic areas, and Martha excelled in modules such as Corporate Finance. This, and her maths background, piqued her interest in finance and having completed an internship with Mulberry Bow summer 2022, Martha joined the graduate training programme and is working her way through the technical exams required to become a Chartered Financial Planner.

Richard Sanders - Chairman

Richard Solomon

Richard founded and built the leading architectural practice KSR. His love for architecture was fuelled while studying under internationally renowned architects Rem Koolhaas and Zaha Hadid. He has overall management responsibilities at KSR, playing a significant role in maintaining its high quality of design and expanding the client base. Richard is currently working on projects in Europe and the Caribbean, as well as the UK. He is married to Gillian and has three adult children. He loves the outdoors, whether that involves cycling amongst the wildlife of Botswana or walking in the Yorkshire countryside. Richard founded and built, and continues to help lead, the leading architectural practice KSR…

Scott Moorhouse

Following a career as an international athlete, competing at Olympic & European level, Scott joined Seven Investment Management at the start of 2014 to pursue a career in wealth management, where he advised private clients on their discretionary and advisory investment portfolios. He attended the University of Essex, where he attained a BSc Hons 2:1 in Business Management. Scott is a Chartered Member of the Institute for Securities and Investments and a Chartered Financial Planner. Scott joined the Mulberry Bow team in September 2020 to lead the investment process and lead our strategic relationships with carefully selected partners in private banking and discretionary portfolio management.

Simon Bullock - Founder

Simon has been advising private clients for more than 20 years; joining Chase de Vere's graduate training program in 1997 after gaining a BA Hons 2:1 and an MA from Bristol Business School. He went on to work for Schroders and Barclays Private Bank (where he led the wealth structuring team in London). He is a Chartered Financial Planner and his role at Mulberry Bow is focused on advising clients and leading the practice. Simon specialises in acting as a ‘Personal FD' for entrepreneurs, and he wrote the white paper ‘Pre-exit planning for entrepreneurs in the UK' released by Barclays in January 2015.

Tom Dunn

Tom graduated from the University of York with a 2:1 in Accounting, Business Finance and Management. During his studies, Tom spent a placement year at an IFA in York and decided to pursue a career in financial planning after graduating. Tom joined us in December 2023 and supports us in all aspects of our client service. He is working his way through our graduate training programme, including all the technical exams required to qualify as a Chartered Financial Planner.

Tom Evans

Tom graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2018 with a 2:1 in Business Management. After completing internships with two wealth planning firms in Norwich and Spain, he decided to work a ski season. After falling down many black runs, he came to the conclusion that financial planning was the career path for him and joined Mulberry Bow's graduate training program in 2019. Tom holds the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS), Certificate in Discretionary Investment Management (Cert DM) and Certificate in Mortgage Advice (Cert MP) and is working towards qualification as a Chartered Financial Planner.

Tom Grace

Tom graduated from the University of Exeter with a 2:1 in Economics. During his studies, Tom spent two years working as a customer service assistant at the Coventry Building Society, which piqued his interest in the finance industry. Having completed a successful internship with Mulberry Bow, he decided to transition to Financial Planning. Tom is working his way through our graduate training program, including all the technical exams required to qualify as a Chartered Financial Planner, with the goal of gaining sufficient technical knowledge and client-facing experience to eventually start advising clients.
