Hi, I am Amelia! I recently joined LMA as a Team Leader within the talented Business Support team. My goal is to build and grow a dedicated and talented team of perm consultants to support our growing network of lovely clients and candidates.
Ashley works in our Headquarters as the Operations Manager.
Since joining the Pharmaceutical Strategies team in 2018 as an Office Administrator, Ashley has become an integral part of our operations, handling account management, payable and receivable, as well as HR & Compliance. Ashley also helps out on any special projects that the team undertakes.
Ashley holds a Master's Degree in Ethics and Public Policy.
Outside of work Ashley loves spending time with her puppy Josie, cooking, spending time with family and friends, and takes any opportunity to go to a beach.
Fiona is a results-driven Marketing Recruitment Consultant with a passion for connecting top marketing talent with leading organisations. With over 7 years of experience in the recruitment industry, she has built a reputation for delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates. Her deep understanding of the marketing landscape having gained practical experience in marketing and her extensive network of professionals makes her a valuable resource in the field of marketing recruitment.
Fiona's career has seen her transition from a prominent role at Starbucks coffee where she was involved in developing national and local marketing campaign and the launch of their B2B gift card programme to her current position here at B&H.
Her role at LMA involves managing a diverse range of sectors including FMCG, retail, leisure, hospitality, charity, digital and professional services. This broad scope of responsibilities plays a key role in the company's overall growth and development.

Over the past 25 years, I've worked in the recruitment industry, collaborating with both major corporations and boutique/start-up enterprises, helping them reach their goals.
I have been hooked on recruitment from the moment I joined the industry. Having the ability to impact lives and genuinely help people reach their full personal and professional potential, is the main motivation for me.
I have three children, and anytime I do have, is usually spent with my family, typically driving them to various clubs and events.
I also love watching and participating in sports. I am a keen runner, and completed my first ultra-marathon, inspiring me to sign up to another!

Hi I'm Jash, I joined LMA in August 2022. Prior to joining LMA I was a freelance recruiter working within the IT industry for around 2 years.
As Lawrence Bossidy quoted, "Nothing we do is more important that hiring and developing people. At the end of the day, you bet on people, not strategies." Hiring the right people for the role is more important and that's where my forte lies. I am currently working on a Finance desk, hiring for Finance and Banking professionals across London and beyond.
I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, specialised in Human Resource Development Management. I decided to attain more exposure in Human Resources by starting at the very core of it - recruitment.

Working within the secretarial division, I work with prestigious clients from all sectors and enjoy amazing working relationships that have developed throughout my career. (I have also recruited in the fast paced banking and finance sectors, which is great preparation for multi-tasking and keeping a cool head!).
What I love about LMA as a working mum, is that if I have to dash off to see my son in a school play, I can and that flexibility is something I am very grateful for.
A little snapshot about me: I am a mother of the two most amazing boys in the world. (Well I would say that!), but truly they are the most loving and caring children that you could wish for.
I am also the biggest animal lover in the company and there is a lot of competition at LMA to hold that badge of honour! I won, when I rang my Director to tell her I would be late for work as I was directing a fireman in getting a cat down from a roof! (I couldn't leave for work until I knew he was safe and sound and he consequently calmly jumped off the roof, when the fireman's ladder went up!)….red faces followed….
