Don Procter is a founding partner and chief investment officer of NAC. Mr. Procter is one of the most experienced leveraged finance and acquisition finance professionals in the London market, having held a number of senior positions at SG Warburg and its successor firms (SBC Warburg and UBS Warburg) from 1986 until 2001. During that time, in addition to leading the team there, he personally led more than three dozen acquisition and leveraged finance transactions. More recently, he was head of leveraged finance at the Industrial Bank of Japan. Mr. Procter holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BA from the University of Alberta.

Jeroen Zuurmond is a founding partner of NAC. Mr. Zuurmond has over 24 years of experience in investment banking and leveraged finance in the origination and structuring of structured finance transactions, high yield bonds, bridge loans, leveraged loans and mezzanine loans. He was a Director at Barclays Capital in London from 1998, and prior to Barclays worked at Bankers Trust (now Deutsche Bank) in London and New York from 1992. Mr. Zuurmond holds an MBA in finance from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a Doctorandus degree in econometrics and operations research from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
