Alain Le Berre has 24 years of broad-ranging experience with a focus on financial and debt restructuring, operational restructuring and improvements, debt advisory, accelerated M&A and non-executive board advisory and membership. Prior to founding AlpahaConsulting in 2010, his positions had included investment banking, financial and strategic consulting, private equity as well as operational management roles, CFO position and non-executive directorships.
Alberto has more than 20 years of experience in audit, corporate finance and interim management firms in Italy and overseas, holding top positions and gaining significant skills regarding due diligence, audit, corporate turnaround and restructuring proceedings in the role of CRO (Chief Restructuring Officer) both in bonis or through certified plans, debt restructuring agreements and settlements with creditors. M&A and valuation expert for distressed companies. Strong experience in sectors such as fashion, iron, industrial products, constructions, real estate, waste & water treatment, automotive and food.
Alberto holds a Degree in Business Administration, Italian Certified Public Accountant (CPA), European Certified Turnaround Professional, with an Executive MBA. Italian certified Innovation Manager in the strategic, organisational and finance areas. Lecturer at conferences on Corporate Turnaround & Financial Restructuring and the Italian bankruptcy law.
Andreas Koutsouris is an established board level executive, advisor and investor. He has more than fifteen years' experience in developing and implementing strategic, operational and organisational improvement initiatives and realising revenue, cost and working capital improvements.

Kees is the Founding partner of Kruger. Kruger specializes in the support of medium-sized companies (20-2000 employees). The company has a leading market position in the Dutch restructuring market and is for instance recommended by almost every Dutch financial institution to their business relations. Kruger also provides interim management, particularly in restructuring situations and performs corporate finance activities, many of which in restructuring situations. Kees holds a Master of Science Business Administration.
Maria Pombo has wide experience in business administration, business structuring and mapping strategies for turnaround and restructuring in financial distress and for business growth, specialising in small and micro enterprises, family enterprises, both registered and unregistered businesses with less than 20 employees operating within the B2C, retail, industrial, manufacturing and construction sectors.

He engages globally with multi-national and mid-market organisations (typically £10M - £1B turnover), delivering and assuring stabilisation, turnaround, corporate recovery and performance improvement outcomes. Twenty successful engagements in the last twenty-two years.
Vlad has more than 15 years of professional experience in banking, risk management, workout and non-performing loans, business restructuring, financial services - with significant experience in strategic management, both on executive and supervisory positions, corporate finance as well as in complex projects.After serving in different management positions in the banking industry, Vlad had founded Concilium Consulting in 2015 and has served as CEO since then.
