The traditional model doesn't provide clients with the work they need to thrive in the modern world. Our leaders are all dedicated to providing clients with a new agency model that integrates long siloed capabilities, often within clients' walls where it can be delivered faster and less expensively. In 2013, Andrew (Partner & North America CEO) had established one of the largest and most successful digital and CRM agencies in North America as Chairman and CEO of Proximity BBDO. But he believed that the separation of creative, digital, and media into siloed agencies wasn't well serving clients. So he decided to build a new model, becoming the leader of The&Partnership in North America. The idea of brilliant creative tied to integrated media and strategy attracted marketers such as The Wall Street Journal, Toyota, Direct Energy, Canada Post, and TELUS. The business grew 45% last year against a backdrop of most agencies declining, merging or shuttering entirely. Andrew spends most of his time proving to clients that "just another agency" is the last thing they need to solve today's marketing problems. He's created an agency that can fuse data, media and creativity seamlessly. The result is better, more effective work, conceived and executed more efficiently.

Prior to that, he held roles at Albion London, 180 Amsterdam and BBDO Lisbon working across some of the world's best brands including eBay, Epson, Sony, Opel, Nissan, Danone, Hyundai and Santander. Along the way he won his fair share of awards, created the world's first one-shot Film Festival and helped the UK Basketball team qualify for its own Olympics - which he's still waiting to meet The Queen for.

Christian Hinchcliffe

Christian has spent more than 20 years in the advertising industry. His career spans agencies including Ogilvy, McCann Erickson and Euro RSCG (now Havas), where he became the youngest board member in the agency's history. In 2007, he moved to The&Partnership (then CHI&Partners) - and has spent the past fourteen years running the global new business and marketing team for the network, which is minority-owned by WPP. He was named a ‘new business firebrand' by The Independent newspaper and was one of Campaign's Top 10 New Business Directors. During his career he has worked on a range of accounts including RBS, Toyota, Samsung, TalkTalk, Cadbury, Haagen-Dazs, Credit Suisse and Microsoft. He lives in London with his wife and two daughters.

As the Global CSO, Dan leads the strategic relationships with all of the multi-market clients in the group. Since joining mSix&Partners Dan has led the development of the Flow planning process. This has meant conceiving and activating a truly audience-first way of working, building and testing hypotheses for growth opportunities in real behavioural data. True audience needs then dictate everything from overall comms strategy to specific asset development and distribution. Dan previously spent 10 years in the GroupM network. He helped setup and run the VW global team at MediaCom, directing strategy across 5 brands and 40+ countries worldwide. He has in his career worked across all major categories, with particular focus on automotive, financial, energy, travel, retail, media and tech.

Jess has been Executive Chair of mSix&Partners since January 2022, following 12 years as Global Chief Executive. She established the business as one of the fastest-growing media planning and buying agencies. As Executive Chair of mSix&Partners, Jess continues to advise a number of clients and is leading development of The&Academy. With a career spanning advertising, marketing and publishing, Jess has a track record of growth, transformation and building winning teams. Prior to joining mSix&Partners, as Group Managing Direct Jess led the restructure of Natmags and Hearst Digital to address changing digital markets and audience trends. She also headed up the online division of Future Publishing. Jess is currently adviser to VinylBox, a monthly music subscription service. Having begun his career at agencies including Ogilvy, CDP and TBWA, Johnny joined forces with Simon Clemmow and Charles Inge to set up Clemmow Hornby Inge (CHI&Partners) in 2001. The agency went on to become a top-20 creative agency, picking up accolades including the UK's most-awarded independent creative agency at Cannes Lions in 2016, as well as Campaign BIG's Digital Agency of the Year. In 2013, Johnny launched The&Partnership, bringing together all marketing disciplines in one full-service team, working to one bottom line, to help clients navigate a rapidly changing industry landscape. After graduating from Oxford University, Nick joined Ogilvy & Mather in 1990 and spent 5 years working across the Global Kraft and American Express Business.
