My name is Abra, I have worked in care for just over 10 years.
I joined CCM in 2023 on bank. I have a level 2 and 3 in health and social care and I am currently doing a level 4 adult practitioner course.
In my spare time I like spending time with my Daughter horse riding and fishing.
CCM are delighted to welcome Alison Grace to the team, joining us as our new HR Manager.
After 14 years of working within the NHS Alison joins us having worked previously in clinical administration roles before progressing to a management position within the Portering department. This gave her responsibility for the HR management of 70 members of staff.
Alison brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in both HR and clinical management and we believe this will greatly benefit our clients and offer cost effective, efficient HR management.
Alison is the perfect fit for our team and is excited to begin working within our company's ethos of guiding rehabilitation and empowering lives.
Amanda worked as a clinical case manager for Complex Case Management from 2016 to 2019. She returned to CCM as an Associate Case Manager in 2022 and has been an Advanced BABICM practitioner since 2021. Amanda has been a registered Occupational Therapist since 2006 with a specialist interest in neurology.
Amanda has extensive experience coordinating complex health and rehabilitation needs for adults and children with life-changing and catastrophic injuries. This includes arrangement and coordination of bespoke support packages, including provision of ABI training. Amanda has specialist knowledge of brain injury, complex polytrauma and psychological difficulties, following accident or medical negligence. Amanda is proficient with optimising recovery and rehabilitation outcomes for clients with complex needs and steering them through the litigation process or continuing with long term goals post-settlement. She is responsive to clients' needs with exceptional communication skills and can provide meticulous reports / costings.
In her spare time Amanda enjoys running, going to the gym to keep fit and walking. She also spends quality time out and about and socialising with family and friends.

My name is Barbara, I have been working as a personal assistant/rehabilitation support worker for about 6 years. I mainly work with people after spinal chord injuries. During this 6-year journey, I learned a lot and love this work. I met fantastic clients, for which I am very grateful.
When I'm not working, you can mainly find me at the gym, I love a healthy lifestyle, I care about my diet and a well-selected training plan. Apart from that, I am interested in art, personal development, I like reading books and I am also interested in the beauty industry. I am from Poland, I love my country and Polish cuisine.
Working for CCM is the best I have ever done in this industry. CCM's clients are fantastic, nice people so working with them is not just work but a pleasure. The office team is super helpful. I can always count on their great support, understanding and help with any problem. I feel like an individual, important part of the company, and not just a statistical number as is usually the case in large companies and agencies dealing with care.

Bryony completed a HND in Health and Social Care in 2017, Bryony has always been interested in the Health and Social Care sector.
Bryony joined CCM as a junior administrator in 2022 and has reported that she loves working in the office at CCM.
After working at CCM for a year, Bryony's role has since changed to administration assistant.
In her spare time Bryony enjoys concerts, spending time with her family (especially her cat, Mika), cooking and travelling with her girlfriend Elle.
Emily has worked within Brain Injury Rehabilitation in various support roles for 19 years.
Emily worked alongside the founding director, her mother Bev Wild from the inception of Complex Case Management and has enjoyed building the company with her mother and watching it grow into the company it is today.
Emily took on the directorship after Bev passed away in February 2020 and with her new role brings enthusiasm and passion for client care and rehabilitation.
Emily is a new mother and enjoys playing guitar, singing (badly) and spending time with her family.
Emily is a currently working with Headway to found a North Manchester branch of the charity.

My name is Lou.
I started my career in 2008 as a rehabilitation support worker in a case management setting. In 2015, I transitioned to working under Complex Case Management (CCM) when the company began. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience in supporting individuals with various types of acquired brain injuries (ABI) and spinal injuries.
I feel fortunate to be a part of CCM, where continuous learning and personal growth are highly valued. From the bottom to the top, we are all considered valuable team members. Emily, our leader, invests in our development and provides support every step of the way. Thanks to CCM, I have obtained my train the trainer qualification, and I am currently working towards achieving my Level 4 Lead Practitioner in Care, in addition to my NVQ3.
During my leisure time, I enjoy engaging in DIY projects, taking care of my garden, and breeding show cats. I also cherish spending quality time with my family, especially during large gatherings and holidays. Additionally, I have a passion for attending live shows and performances.

Mark has worked in the health sector since 2012, starting his health care career as a support worker in a private secure psychiatric hospital. He quickly progressed in his career from support worker to senior support worker then to senior clinical support worker.
Mark moved from the health care sector to the social care sector in early 2018, working with vulnerable looked after children as a contracted agency support worker. Mark then switched from agency to full time, quickly progressing to acting deputy manager.
In his spare time Mark likes to spend time playing on his PlayStation, however Mark loves to ensure his car is looking clean, shiny and presentable.
Michelle joined the Complex Case Management team as a junior administrator in May 2017, then moved into the team administrator role in July 2018.
​Prior to joining the team, Michelle spent 15 years in a customer service role.
Michelle is a keen biker and can be seen enjoying trips on the open roads of Lancashire and beyond.

After qualifying as a Registered nurse in 2001, Sue worked within ICU, HDU and surgical wards for the NHS before specialising in rehabilitation at The Priory Neuro-Rehabilitation Centre in 2004.
