Having initially qualified as a carpenter with a reputable local firm, Grant soon advanced to become their youngest ever Site Foreman, where his first project was the large renovation of Goudhurst Church. Undertaking this role for six years, there was the opportunity to manage a wide variety of projects, including: renovating and extending period properties; conversions of Oast houses and barns; and constructing a range of traditional oak frame buildings. Since Weeks Construction was established, Grant has used his wealth of experience and expertise, alongside the undoubted quality of his work, to build the company's reputation within the local area.
