Victoria joined the Maximeyes team in 2013 after cutting her teeth with a competitor for 5 years and is now something of a veteran having joined the industry aged 20. The absolute focus on customer care that Victoria brings to her role is one of the key reasons that Maximeyes enjoys industry leading retention rates.
As head of customer care and account management Victoria heads up a team of some 15 customer service professionals who all share her passion to try to ensure the best assistance each and every day. Whether its billing queries, invoice verification or more complex issues such as metering, infrastructure or consumption anomalies, you can be sure that Victoria and the team will help you to sort out these issues.
