Adam Ante

Adam Ante was named senior vice president of Paycor following the close of the Paychex's acquisition of Paycor in April 2025. In this role, he is responsible for Paycor's long-term strategy and ensuring success into the next era. As the former Paycor chief financial officer, Ante focused on building a performance-driven organization that enabled decision-making and could scale to meet ambitious goals. Prior to joining Paycor, Ante held various leadership roles with Vantiv, including as a line-of-business CFO, M&A, investor relations, planning and analytics. Ante holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA from Xavier University. Ante spent eight years in the U.S. Army Reserve and has held positions on the Board of Directors for Heartprints, a non-profit organization that works to improve the lives of youth, families and communities by diminishing educational poverty, and has served on the program review committee for the United Way of Greater Cincinnati.

Beaumont Vance

Beaumont Vance joined Paychex as the senior vice president of data, analytics, and AI in March 2024. He is responsible for developing and executing the data strategy at Paychex, including the use of business intelligence, advanced analytics, and AI-driven automation to drive both business performance and enhanced customer value through the use of data and AI in the company's technology and advisory solutions. Vance has a proven track record of driving change and delivering solutions that automate and optimize data to unlock the value of assets. His experience and expertise in data science will continuously advance the Paychex data strategy with integrity and innovation, with a strong focus on leveraging new capabilities to help Paychex customers succeed. Vance came to Paychex after spending three years at WestCap Management, a growth private equity firm, where he served as managing director of AI and investments. Prior to WestCap, he spent five years at TD Ameritrade, including three as director of digital AI and automation. Vance also has prior experience at Fidelity, where he founded the advanced analytics practice, Sun Microsystems, and Vicorp Restaurants, primarily in data science, risk management, and AI leadership roles. Vance earned a bachelor's degree from Wake Forest University in 1991. He is passionate about giving back to the community, particularly in the form of education. Vance created the Samuel R. Cain Scholarship Fund within the Ann Arbor Area Community Foundation (AAACF), which helps low-income students successfully complete a four-year college education.

Bob Schrader - CFO, SVP

Bob Schrader is senior vice president and chief financial officer for Paychex, a role he assumed in October 2023 after more than 25 years of successful leadership experience in finance and corporate accounting. Since joining Paychex in 2014, he has held several leadership roles within corporate finance, including vice president of finance and investor relations, vice president and controller, and head of internal audit. Prior to joining Paychex, Schrader was the CFO for Unither Manufacturing, LLC, and held several finance leadership positions in his ten-year career with Bausch & Lomb, including vice president of finance and controller of global quality and operations. He is also a former Manager at PwC, LLP. A certified public accountant (CPA), he earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Rochester Simon Business School and a bachelor's degree in accounting from the State University of New York at Brockport. He also serves on the board of directors for Junior Achievement of Central Upstate New York, a non-profit organization that fosters work readiness, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy skills in children grades K-12.

Chad Parodi

Chad Parodi joined Paychex in 2024 and currently serves as the company's senior vice president of HCM, PEO, and insurance. In this role, he is focused on revenue growth, client satisfaction, operational excellence, and advancing the strategic vision for each of those lines of business. Parodi has nearly three decades of experience in managing P&L's and growing revenue, profitability, and enterprise value. Most recently, he served as CEO of ClearStar, a global, technology-enabled firm providing human capital screening solutions. Prior to his time at ClearStar, he served as CEO of XMI, a PEO and outsourced accounting firm. Parodi earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgia Southern University and is based in Atlanta.

Jason Rose - SVP

Jason Rose assumed the role of senior vice president of digital sales and marketing at Paychex in August 2024. In this cross-functional position, Rose is responsible for driving digital selling motions, global marketing and communications, and product-led growth strategies with a focus on delivering a digital-first experience. From startups to publicly traded enterprises, Rose joined Paychex with a proven history of developing and executing innovative, go-to-market and digital programs that result in exceptional customer experiences and positive bottom-line impact. A go-to-market executive for nearly 20 years, Rose spent nine years at SAP, most recently as chief marketing officer for the customer experience division, where he oversaw positioning, brand strategy, marketing campaigns, and digital execution. He then assumed the role of CMO at Pure Storage, a leader in the data storage space, where he spent three years leading the organization's global marketing team. Rose also previously held SVP roles at technology startups Gigya and Datasift. Rose earned an Honors Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario. Rose maintained a chartered professional accountant credential for 20 years and serves as an advisor on go-to-market for startups. He enjoys spending time with his family, mountain biking, and skiing.
