We have been trained since birth to focus on mental agility which is what we need to survive this world. To drop into the mystery within the Heart, the Pearl of Great Price, the Jewel within the Lotus Blossom, the Spark of the Divine, is to experience the consciousness of the eternal realms. In these sessions, we move with both visualizations and sound to help each student drop from the head to the mysteries of the heart... ● Are the expression of cultures ancient and current● Represent someone's unique expression of discovering their Cosmic Thread within● We work with Images to bring about each student's expression of this process... There are Sacred Sounds that every culture has utilized for healing, ritual, celebration and worship. In this session, we focus on sounds that transform our energy field.
