Crescent College of Education was established in the year 2005 by AL-Ameen Educational Trust. This Institute is approved by National Council for Teacher Education, Southern Regional Committee, Bangalore vide its order No. 4080 dated 13.11.2005 for an intake of 100 B.Ed., students. Subsequently, the intake of the institution was increased to 200 with the approval of NCTE, SRC, Bangalore vide its order No. 5090 dated 22.09.2008 and for an intake of 25 students of the M.Ed., course with approval of NCTE, SRC Bangalore vide its order No.13895 dated 31.10.2007 now therefore subsequently enhancement of intake of 10 seats from 25 to 35 was permitted by NCTE, SRC Bangalore vide its order No.20726 dated 25.08.2010...
