We are an independent company established in 1996 by Joseph and Lynda Paton with the aim of providing IT access solutions to blind and visually impaired people... Since 1997, APART Consultancy has provided specialised telephone support for Demon Internet's blind and visually impaired customers... APART Consultancy aims to empower visually impaired people to be able to do this. We believe that our understanding of the complex issues related to visual impairment, combined with our knowledge of the adaptive equipment industry enables us to accurately and sensatively identify, advise and implement the appropriate hardware, software and training requirements for our clients.
