Combining global and domestic experience, Andrew successfully managed the start-up operations and delivery of a multi-million-dollar telecommunications project across Scotland and Australia, delivering the project on time, within budget and against aggressive targets.

Andrew Fleming

Andrew brings a wealth of expertise and experience in odour control and mitigation. Known for his profound comprehension of odour science, Andrew is adept at working with businesses in a diverse array of industries, delivering customised solutions and strategies to neutralise and manage noxious odours. Andrew's proficiency extends to conducting comprehensive odour assessments and implementing and designing customised strategies that align with regulatory standards. His commitment to developing sustainable solutions has resulted in the development of Aquatec's OmniSmart controller, a fully automated, preprogrammed device that accurately controls flows within reticulation systems. A thought leader in the field, Andrew is regularly involved in client trials of new and emerging technology, at a global level. He shares his insights into the latest advancements in odour control methodologies by contributing to industry publications and as a guest speaker to conferences and webinars.

Bob Chen

His approach encompasses a deep understanding of the unique challenges posed by water projects, contributing to the successful implementation of reliable and sustainable solutions. Brett Jeffery

He has over 16 years' experience in the construction industry and throughout his career he has worked alongside industry leading Tier 1 contractors, such as John Holland. Brett excels in developing, implementing and monitoring comprehensive HSEQ strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement across complex projects. His knowledge and expertise are a testament to the unyielding commitment he applies to health, safety, environment, and quality. Brett has attained several qualifications including a Diploma of Occupational Health and Safety.

Clint Fogolin

With over 25 years' of construction experience, Clint is the Commercial & Estimating Manager at Aquatec with expertise in project management, quantity surveying, and contractual law. He brings a broad understanding of knowledge to the Aquatec team, implementing business strategies, risk mitigation, and commercial operations. As a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with a Bachelor of Laws, Clint has worked across a vast number of large projects in Australia and overseas engaging with clients such as Multiplex, Telstra, Optus, New South Wales Telecommunications Authority, Shell International, and the Ministry of Defence in the United Kingdom. Clint has partnered with reputable consultants, developers, and contractors on high and low-rise residential and commercial projects and whilst working at Aquatec, he has collaborated on a variety of water infrastructure developments partnering with John Holland, Downer, Greater Western Water, and Lendlease. Clint uses a hands-on approach by leading the Estimating and Commercial team ensuring processes and procedures are understood and implemented whilst building and maintaining strong relationships with Aquatec's clients.

Darren Emes

Darren's plays a pivotal role in our expansion to new international markets. In his current role, he works with several of our partners from councils, consulting engineers, developers, private owners, and water authorities to implement low-pressure sewer systems, pump stations, maintenance holes, and odour systems.

Ivan Reolon

With over 35 years' experience in the water industry, Ivan is responsible for leading the Aquatec Oceana Business Development and Sales Teams, in the role of Executive Strategy & Growth. Ivan began his career at Sydney Water as an Cadet Mechanical Engineer working his way up to Project Engineer and Project Manager. He then undertook a role at Spirac Engineering, developing his broad expertise in, byproducts handling from concept, design, supply, installation and commissioning, working across numerous projects and business development throughout Australia and New Zealand. Ivan was the General Manager and National Product Manager for Aquatec Maxcon and then went on to a position of Client Manager for Veolia Water Technologies, managing developing several Mining, Oil & Gas opportunities in Australasia and overseas. Prior to joining Aquatec, Ivan worked at Abergeldie for over 7 years across multi-sector water infrastructure including large projects such as Mt Piper Water Treatment Plant, long-term collaborative programs for an array of utility clients including Melbourne Water, Sydney Water, Hunter Water Panel, and Water NSW, and program manager for WaterNSW panel. Ivan is skilled in building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Outside of work, Ivan is committed to volunteering at, AWA, WaterAID, IWAA, and Vinnies Van. He was on the Australian Water Association (AWA) NSW Committee for 10 years and was the former Vice President. He has received two AWA awards: 2020 Roger Pettit Award and 2022 Legend of Water.

She now applies this approach and expertise to Aquatec's customers, projects and partners in the role of Chief Marketing Officer. For over 7 years' Michelle worked for ACS as both State Manager and Strategic Initiatives Executive (MAB). Prior to this role, Michelle was the Director, Membership, Marketing and Communications for AMA Victoria, International Marketing and PR Manager for international hospitality and facilities management group, Delaware North Companies International (DNCI), and held senior marketing roles with Royal Victorian Institute for the Blind (now known as Vision Australia), KPMG Consulting and London based online retailer, Little Acorn Company. Michelle brings her professional acumen and commercial proficiency to Aquatec as she continues to work with government leaders, clients, media, partners, and major stakeholder groups. His areas of expertise include specialist consulting, septicity modelling, FEED, and design and commissioning of odour and biogas facilities in Australia and the Asia Pacific. In his current role at Aquatec, Robie collaborates with clients from water and waste treatment authorities to assess, analyse and implement cutting-edge odour control technologies. His ability to tailor solutions to the specific needs of each treatment facility, considering factors such as treatment processes, geographical location, and environmental impact, makes him a sought-after expert in the field. Robie tackles each project considering both technical and regulatory aspects.
