At Ashe Street Physiotherapy Clinic whatever your age or physical abilities, we treat you as an individual to help relieve pain and restore function... On your initial appointment, we conduct a thorough subjective assessment. This is where you tell us about your problem, how and when it began and how it is effecting your everyday life and ability to participate in physical activity. This is then followed by your objective assessment, where we complete a physical examination to identify the source of your problem. We take time to explain your condition and with you the client discuss a treatment plan. Every client is treated as an individual and together we formulate an exercise programme as part of your treatment. This exercise programme will include exercises to increase mobility and flexibility and improve function and muscle strength. Following your initial appointment our physiotherapists are always available via email, text or phone to answer any queries that you may have.
