In creating this website, I wished primarily, to give the reader the understanding that for most of my career, following my period of professional studies, my motivation has been to assist Small to Medium Sized Enterprises to develop and prosper. The reason for this motivation arose during my first work experience as an industrial cost-accountant in Canada where my Accounting Manager made it clear to me that every job under our supervisory remit represented a family so it was vital for us to get our sums right in every respect. This advice has been behind the vast majority of my career choices which, from time to time, has led to me accepting assignments because I believed I could genuinely help a potential client company to survive and to save the employment it provided within its community and matters such as the Fee for my services were, therefore, always of secondary importance.
