Alison Klein

Alison leads all aspects of human resources including recruitment, benefits administration and employee relations, with an emphasis on identifying and executing initiatives to drive company culture and employee engagement. Prior to her current role, Alison was Bonnier's HR director for four years, and also held several other positions with the company including senior production manager where she oversaw the print production process for multiple brands. Before joining Bonnier in 2005, Alison began her career in media at Orlando Sentinel Communications where she worked in the advertising sales department. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management. Alison lives with her family in Oviedo, Florida. In her spare time she can be found reading, spending time outdoors, or shopping at Costco.

Andrew Parkinson

Dave Reed

Then challenge him to do it as fast as he can. That kid was me, and it was this moment, at age 8, when I won my first sailboat race. Today, that passion has connected me with amazing places and unique characters and champions who, like me, are motivated by the challenge.

David Butler

As Executive Vice President of Digital, David oversees the processes and infrastructure that enable Bonnier's brands to serve and grow their digital audiences across web, video, email, and social channels. He is also responsible for ad operations and analytics, and serves as the company's Data Protection Officer. Having begun his career as a reporter, David has a great appreciation for the power of Bonnier's journalism to entertain, educate and inspire. Prior to joining Bonnier, David played significant roles in digital product development with The New York Times Company, Tampa Bay Times, and CQ Roll Call. David earned a B.A. from Lehigh University and an M.B.A. from the University of South Florida. He lives in Winter Park, Florida with his family.

David Ritchie - CEO

David Ritchie was announced as Chief Executive Officer of Bonnier Corp. in July 2020. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President, Shared Services and Operations, where he oversaw many of the company's support functions, including web development, ad operations, data science and analytics, corporate research, IT and facilities. David previously held two C-suite positions within the company, including Chief Operations Officer, during which he led many initiatives aimed at cost savings and efficiency. As Chief Content Officer, David was responsible for supervising the teams that create and distribute content across all print and digital platforms. Earlier in his career, he served in a variety of director-level leadership positions, and as an editor-in-chief within the company's fishing portfolio. He also spent six years as marketing director for Hatteras Yachts. David is a graduate of Troy University, with a B.S. in journalism and advertising. Outside the office, he enjoys spending quality time on the water with his wife, Therese, and their children, family and friends.

Since starting his career at CNN in New York, Shawn Bean has become an award-winning writer, television producer, and content creator. As Executive Vice President of Creative, Shawn is the point person for all creative endeavors across the company, which includes editorial oversight of Bonnier's enthusiast media brands Boating, Yachting, Salt Water Sportsman, Sport Fishing, Marlin, Sailing World, Cruising World, Flying, Islands, and Wakeboarding. In addition, Shawn is the creative director of the company's custom content team, working with a diverse array of clients to produce branded print, digital, social and video content. He is also the writer and director of SFTV, a fishing-travel-adventure series that airs on Discovery, Pursuit Network and Amazon Prime. Bean graduated from Southern Methodist University with a B.A. in film, and his first book, The First Hollywood, won the Florida Book Award for nonfiction.
