Michael F. Brinkash, Professional Land Surveyor was licensed to practice professionally in September 1977 and began his private practice as a sole-proprietor in 1978. In 1981 he and Charles J. Gasperetti, Jr. formed a partnership under the name of Gasperetti & Brinkash Associates. The partnership continued until the retirement of Mr. Gasperetti in 1998. Subsequent to his retirement the business was established as Brinkash & Associates, Inc. Mr. Brinkash serves as the current president of the corporation and is a licensed land surveyor in Pennsylvania and New York...
