Chris Brown, VP Director of Route-to-Consumer and Sales Operations is a proven beverage alcohol executive and engaged citizen. During the course of his nearly two decades in the spirits and wine industry, he has lived in Georgia, New York, and Kentucky and held various sales, marketing, and route-to-consumer leadership roles serving the United States and Canada business. In addition to his operational responsibilities within Brown-Forman, Chris has made valuable governance contributions as a member of the Brown-Forman/Brown Family Shareholders Committee. He also serves on the board of directors for Leadership Kentucky and the Filson Historical Society. He earned an MBA from Kennesaw State University and his bachelor's degree from Auburn University. Chris and his wife, Kelly, reside in Louisville, KY and love spending time with their three young children.

Crystal joined Brown-Forman in 2012 and is currently the Senior Vice President, Chief Inclusion and Global Community Relations Officer. In this role, Crystal is responsible for stewarding the company's progress and performance against its diversity and inclusion ambitions and realizing the full value diversity creates for Brown-Forman's employees, partners, and communities. She also leads Brown-Forman's commitment to enriching its communities, especially its hometown of Louisville, Kentucky. Since joining Brown-Forman, Crystal has held multiple human resources leadership roles, partnering with global production, North America, and Latin America. Prior to B-F, she held human resources roles with increasing responsibility at Insight Communications and Doe-Anderson. Crystal is a graduate of Xavier University and holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Society of Human Resource Management. Crystal resides in Louisville, Kentucky with her husband and two children.

Jill Horn

Jill Horn joined Brown‑Forman in 2014. In her role as Director, Global Community Relations, she is responsible for leading Brown‑Forman's civic engagement strategy including overseeing the Brown‑Forman Foundation. She also manages Invest California, a Brown‑Forman place-based philanthropy initiative that will create, launch and sustain a community focused strategy with the objective of "being the best neighbor." Prior to Brown‑Forman she worked for United Way for 19 years, where her most recent position was Sr. Director of Community Giving. Jill graduated from the University of Louisville with a degree in Political Science. She is a member of the Center for Nonprofit Excellence Board of Directors and the Simmons College of Kentucky Board of Trustees. She has also participated in Leadership Louisville programs, Ignite Louisville, Leadership Louisville, and Bingham Fellows. Jill enjoys spending time with friends and family and traveling to places near and far. She lives in Louisville with her husband, Jerome and two daughters, Abby and Zoe.

Lawson Whiting

Lawson Whiting is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Brown‑Forman Corporation. He has served on the company's Executive Leadership Team since 2013. Prior to being appointed CEO, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Brown-Forman, where he oversaw regional operations, global production, and corporate responsibility. Lawson began his career at Brown-Forman in 1997 in the corporate development group, and subsequently served as the Director of Investor Relations, Director of Finance for wines, Director of Global Business Strategy for the Jack Daniel's family of brands, and Director of Finance, North America Region. He was then promoted to Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Western Europe, based in London, before returning to the US as Chief Brands Officer. He holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Miami University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business. Lawson resides in Louisville with his wife, Debbie, and their three children.

SUE PERRAM

Sue Perram joined Brown-Forman in 2009. Over the next decade, she held a variety of local, regional and global roles, including brand and commercial finance in the U.S., Chief of Staff for the Chief Brands Officer, Director Strategy and Brand Analytics for the Jack Daniel's brand globally and the strategy and integration leader for the newly acquired Fords Gin brand. She is currently Vice President Director of Investor Relations. Prior to Brown-Forman, Sue worked for over 13 years as both a buy and sell side analyst for institutional investment management companies covering the Beverage Alcohol, Consumer Staples, and Restaurant sectors. She holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Case Western Reserve University - Weatherhead School of Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from John Carroll University. Sue's civic involvement includes being a founding parent and board member of the Montessori School of Louisville, as well as a member of the Leadership Louisville 2013 Ignite Louisville and 2019 Bingham Fellows classes. She also served on the board of Boys and Girls Haven for nine years including two as board chair. Sue currently serves on the boards of Catholic Charities of Louisville and the Leadership Institute for School Principals. Sue and her husband, Greg, reside in Crestwood, Kentucky and have two children.
